Foot Solutions

My wife and I stopped in to Foot Solutions yesterday because I am struggling with plantar fasciitis. I am impressed with the care and time they took to help explain my condition. About one month prior, I saw a podiatrist who diagnosed the condition and sold me orthotics and gave me some stretches to do, but the condition persisted. Foot solutions at Estrella Falls in Goodyear, AZ closed the loop between the orthotic that the podiatrist prescribed and good, stabilized shoes that the doctor never mentioned. I mean the doctor said wear good stable shoes, but I didn’t really know what that meant so I got a pair of new athletic shoes (but they weren’t stabilized). At Foot Solutions, they showed me how the athletic shoe I was wearing bent in half at the midsole, which prevented the orthotic from doing the best job it could. Then they explained how a stabilized shoe with a shank in the sole did not bend that way. They sold me Brooks Ghost, which is stabilized, plus a pair of orthotic sandals to wear everywhere else, like when I get out of bed in the morning. I am very familiar with Brooks Ghost, because I have a pair for running, but I didn’t consider having another pair to wear at other times when I wasn’t running. I just visited Foot Solutions yesterday and my foot already feels better. And their prices are very competitive. Both the Brooks and the Vionic sandals I purchased are the exact same price on Amazon. But those shoes may not be the best solution for everyone. The point is, if you have sore feet, or plantar fasciitis like me, stop by this Foot Solutions store, let them take a look at your feet and listen to them. Once my plantar fasciitis eases, and I can run again, I’m going back to Foot Solution and buy a fresh pair of Brooks Ghost’s for running. Foot Solutions provided a great service to me. I wish I would have skipped the podiatrist and went to Foot Solutions first.

My children have talotarsal dislocation, and it is critical we have them in properly fitting shoes. We’ve tried the pick off the rack shoe stores, but they don’t provide the right fit. The team at Foot Solutions did an amazing job of getting both kids in the right shoe and gave us options we wouldn’t have thought of to ensure both children got the proper fit, as well has having shoes their friends think are «cool.»

Staff is very knowledgable about their products and what shoes will fit my lifestyle. I always walk away satisfied and with shoes that are perfect or me!

While the shoe quality is excellent, their ordering practice is extremely poor.
Two pair of shoes were ordered on 12÷30÷13.
Three calls were placed after assurance of delivery on 1÷3÷14. I was told bad weather, death, very busy time of year, lack of help…
I was told the order was not placed until 1÷6÷14 on 1÷14÷14.
Plenty of opportunity was given for this company to fess up and simply state they were incapable of processing the order in a timely manner.
I was offered a refund. Another irritating factor, Foot Solutions processed the credit card immediately on 12÷30÷14. Unfortunate they were not as speedy on delivery.

Nice friendly staff, I definitely recommend if you need some custom orthotics, or the right fit shoe!
