The WORST seRvice in McDonalds history! I thought it was a fluke the first time when we had to back out of the drive thru after waiting 20 mins. We went back again, and again waited 15 mins in the drive thru. 3rd and last time I’m asked to pull into a spot to wait 5 mins for an iced coffee and an ice cream cone! And then forget to bring me a straw. Unreal!

Worst McDonalds I’ve been to. The wait was absurdly long for the dry, over cooked food we received. I know it’s no gourmet meal, but it was so bad I couldn’t finish the food. And all the employees seemed quite disorganized. I won’t be going back, and I will drive out of my way to avoid this location.

This place is completely ineffective and inefficient. The coffee pots were overflowing, there was no ice in the machine and no one seemed to have a clue what was going on.
I ordered 2 Sausage Biscuits with cheese (no egg). The guy taking my order was insistent that it would be $.40 extra for cheese for each one. I understood. I ordered a coffee as well. I didn’t get a receipt. Then I didn’t get any cream or sugar with the order. Only one of the sandwiches has cheese on it. The ice machine had no ice but no one out of the 6 – 8 people standing around did anything about it. The hash browns were cold.
The sandwiches were good but that’s the only saving grace here. Get your act together people!

Your front counter girl norma has no business working with the public. She does not address customers when you say hello she looks at you like you have 6 eyes. How on earth did she get her job.

On three occasions I came here in the morning, about 6am. Went through the drive-​thru and was told they are only accepting cash? When asked why, the lady said «Because that’s what we’re doing right now». No receipt, nothing. Weird. I had a few dollars on me the first time and paid. After that I had to leave because I had no cash. Tried to call and talk to a manager the first time and was hung up on twice. I don’t know what the hell is going on at this location, but the management needs to step up and get this place clean and hire competent employees.

Waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru for a nasty iced coffee this morning, lady in front of me got so tired of waiting she stated beeping! Not even an apology for the wait when I finally did get up to the window… Just a here’s your coffee thank you and abruptly shut the window.

This McDonald’s is disgustingly dirty. I’m surprised the health department has not warned them. The staff is not managed well especially at night time. While I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru I could see the manager hanging around and talking to the other employees. Complete disregard for customer service and cleanliness here.

I get that it’s only fast food, but this McDonald’s can’t get either right. On our last (and I do mean LAST) visit we waited almost 15 minutes for our order while the teenagers running the place seemed to be doing everything but making food.
After 3 requests, and having to repeat our order 3 times, the girl handed me a bag with our «eat in» order.
They’ve gotten their last dime from us.

This is the worst McDonald’s that I have ever been to. Every time I go through the drive thru it usually take about 10 min. They always mess up my order. I don’t understand why this place is always slow. I have been inside to order and there a ton of employees but a Lot of standing around. I would give it 0 out of 5

One of the worst McDonalds in the Valley. This place is always busy, never clean and 9 out 10 times will forget something from your order. When you try and call the number listed on the receipt the phone will go unanswered.

Would be 0 stars… I don’t know why I keep going back… all I wanted was coffee…7:30 am and the coffee machine is down? I wonder if the Mellon Family knows how poorly this McDonald’s is ran??? Stuck in the drive thru for 15 minutes and I didn’t even order anything… wasted morning… And STILL NO COFFEE!!! Ugh

I love coming into this mcds its a lot better than the one in the walmart down the street. The employees are friendly and actually give a damn about the customer. Usually I have complex orders and they have yet to screw my order up unlike the one in walmart seemed twice they did was not going to make it a 3rd.
I also love how they are 24⁄7 store I dont have to rush to go or leave.

A big huge O.M.G. This Micky D’s is soooo bad. Almost every time they screw up. It’s so bad I’m starting to loathe Mcd’s as a whole. There’s always something wrong with my order. I’ve called to complain and was told come in and we will give you a meal for free and they screwed up again. The soda fountain is infested with Mosquitos wtf??? Seriously if the owner takes the time to read this, you really need as someone has stated a huge intervention…

More mornings than not the drive thru is slower than a snail. I’m not sure why the line just sits for more than two minutes. Simple coffee and sandwich turns into 15 min.

This place is horrible at night. I’ve had expired food and have yet to find an employee who can make a nice cream come. Spoke to the owner once. He says he cares but I’ve yet to see him in here at night making changes. He’s busy cashing the checks I’m sure. Avoid this place if you want any sort of customer service. They are slow too!

I can’t go here anymore. It’s that bad. It went from my wife and I playing a game on how the fries were going to be to not getting the food we ordered and paid for. Maybe it’s my fault for not checking the bag or for not writing this review sooner. If you are the owner of this McDonalds, I think it’s time for an intervention. Even a fast food chain should still have standards. What I see at this location is so far below standards, even the people walking in after grabbing a cup from the trash to get a refill are disappointed.

They should name this one McNasty’s! So disgustingly filthy and it took us twenty minutes to get our food.

My friend stopped here and brought the food to my house. Could have warned her ahead of time. Once again, the food was absolutely disgusting. The Big Mac had no cheese. The fries tasted like old grease. Nasty nasty nasty! And my friend said their flurry machine was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in a month. Why is this location still open?!
