This review is strictly for the restrooms. Conveniently located off the Grapevine Interstate 5. The parking lot was nice with good parking and the bathroom was large and clean.

The most disgusting fast food experience I’ve ever had was here. The food tasted gross. The restaurant was dirty. Never again.

My quick drive-thru experience with them was rather pleasant, but expected. The employees that were manning the drive-thru were very efficient. The food was great. My favorite part about Carl’s Jr is the chicken tenders. I always get the 5-piece combo with the spicy buffalo sauce. Get the sauce — you’ll thank me later ;)

Not really a seller for me. The burgers we’re adequate being here more than once. For it being fast food I understand quality won’t be something to look for but I doubt is return.

This is a very dirty place to eat standard Carl’s Jr food. The restroom is one of the worst I have seen. That’s about it. I will give them one more star than minimum because its being close to I 5.

Based on my 1 time experience im pissed. I ordered a charbroiled chicken burrito and iy didn’t have chicken my husbands chicken strips were cold and old tasting on top of looking more like nuggets than strips. It annoyed me that when I asked for hot sauce anf honey mustard shr gave us bbq and buffalo sauce. We also ordered criss cut fries om both meals and only got one order and thr other was regular ff. And they only gave us onr soda but I noticed that real fast and mentioned it but we left with only one straw… sooooo annoyed

Disgusting… Neither men’s or women’s restroom had hand soap. Just water in the dispensers. I asked an amplitude for some and got a very annoyed look— like I was asking for something outrageous. Who knows how long the soap dispenser was out… What have the employees been using after they use the restroom? That’s so unsanitary. We decided not to eat here.

I was leaving Disneyland and this seemed a reasonable place for lunch, having stopped at another Carl’s Jr. on the way down from Northern California a week earlier. This was a Green Burrito location and I got a Burrito Especial, which is like a Super Burrito(guacamole) elsewhere, but much smaller. I don’t like guacamole but the mix of things was good. Service was good and friendly. It wasn’t the cleanest place though, and in the restroom, there all of the toilet paper had been spun off the roll onto the floor, and apparently no one had checked for quite a long time.

Fast service. Clean dining area and bathrooms. Good customer service. They need to add paper towels for the faucet or to open the door with when leaving. Convenient stop a block away from the chevron station.

Three stars, mostly for the lack of cleanliness in the restaurant part. Food: decent. I had the breakfast platter, best part was the strawberry jam, it looked fresh. He had the DWBC and it was soggy. Sad burger. Restrooms: clean on my first visit, a short while later, made a 2nd visit(u know, h20!) before hitting the road again. Well, much to my surprise, someone decided that using 37 toilet seat covers was necessary, but flushing was not. Go figure?! Overall Cleanliness: hmm… Well, we had to search for the cleanest table in the empty restaurant, and still, there was much to be desired at the table we did choose. Restroom seemed cleaner than the tables. Oh well, two words: Fast Food. Customer Service: Great! Staff were friendly and helpful, got our order right and that’s all you really need when patronizing a business,(along with a good product).

OMG, OMG, OMG!!! Stopped in Gorman to pee(I really had to go). Decided the bathrooms at Carl’s Junior would be cleanest. I go in and can hear one of the employees cleaning the mirrors, toilets, etc. I walk out to wash my hands, look at the sink next to me, and the toilet brush is sitting in it. I’m just not going to stop ANYWHERE but Starbucks ever again. They have the best bathrooms!

for a carl’s jr. this place is as good as it gets. the entire restaurant was clean(including the restrooms) and the food wasn’t terrible for fast food. the bean and cheese burrito is vegetarian and my guy’s burger looked edible. i am really only posting this because the service deserved 5 stars. a gentleman brought our food to our table and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. he was very kind and professional. i will gladly stop at this carl’s jr. again if the opportunity arises.

I have to commend the integrity and honesty of the staff and customers. Please allow me to explain. On our RV road trip up to NorCal«we» forgot a purse at this place — with cash, credit cards and all our passports. We were to fly home to Europe the next day. We discovered that only when entering the East Bay area up North. We finally found out which Carl’s Jr. place we were at, called them on the phone to make sure the purse was actually there. To our greatest relief it was and we drove two hours back to pick it up — everything was still in there, including the cash and cards. Thank you America! You are home to great people. And thank you, Carl’s Jr.; you have great employees and great customers. Without all of that we would have been in enormous trouble.

LIke everyone else, a fast food /restroom stop in Gorman is usually like finding an oasis in a dessert. Well, maybe its not that good but it’s easy to from either direction on the 5 and there is plenty of parking and ample seating if you need a break. They also have a playground for kids.

Been frequenting this burger stop since college, on my holiday and break drives up to nor cal. Gorman is an interesting stop because you’re pretty much right next to the mountain. I’ve always enjoyed stopping here because it isn’t your typical pit stop type of place. Never had a problem with freshness. Pretty legit Carl’s Jr staple!

I’ve been hitting this Carl’s Jr. for decades, as it’s near the entrance of Hungry Valley OHV area. I only use the drive-thru, and it’s efficient, so you don’t have to worry if the line is long. The food is Carl’s Jr. food. If you like it, you like it. There’s no point in reviewing chain fast food.
