For a towing from an accident site in the same town and 48 hours of storage (which of course they charged three full days worth) it was over $ 500. The lady at the desk actually said to us, «I could charge you a thousand dollars if I wanted to, and you couldn’t even file a complaint about me because there’s nobody to complain to.» Absolutely outrageous pricing, I would NEVER have my car towed there or recommend anybody to have anything to do with this place.

Quoted a price of $ 500 on the phone when they arrived demanded the payment be in cash and the price changed to $ 766.84 in order to release the truck to us. Basic Thievery at its best!!!

Don’t use this company, they will rip you off! Goshen police had me use them to tow my car after my car slid into a guard rail on the pavement. This happened during a snow storm on a Saturday night. They refused to tow my car to a nearby parking lot like I requested. When I came to get my car on Monday morning, I was charged $ 225 for the tow and $ 130 for storage. With tax, my bill was $ 383 to be towed 3 miles to a facility I did not want it towed to. Their rates seem to be almost three times as high as any other towing company I’ve used in the area.
