We are so happy that the former«Stir Crazy» has been re-invented by one of our favorite local restaurant owners! Breakfast at Stephanie’s is our always go-to for breakfast in Grafton — we are there at least once a week and have experienced exceptional quality and customer service. Stir Crazy, we were’t so «crazy» about… but we love the location and the possibilities that it could have. Now that Stephanie has taken the reigns, we know it is going to be exceptional and I would encourage you to check it out. Saturday morning we had very short time and, although we really wanted to go to Breakfast at Stephanie’s, we just didn’t have time. We RELUCTANTLY decided to go to get breakfast sandwiches at Stir Crazy with the caveat that if there was one iota of attitude we would go across the street to Duncan Donuts. We were so thrilled that, not only had Stephanie taken ownership of this fantastically located, under-utilized establishment, but Stephanie was there, front and center, making it fantastic. I am so happy that I don’t have to go to DD anymore! Thank you for making 79 Worcester St another great option for breakfast and lunch in Grafton!

Woman who runs this place is rude and never says thank you. They don’t make anything there and don’t carry more than a couple of each flavor bagels, muffins etc. Never will I return.

The place has improved quite a bit with recent new ownership. Good food and good selection of coffees. Wish they had longer hours.

Coffee and bagels are great, but customer service is atrocious. I always got the vibe that the woman at the register just hated people in general, but felt like she was particularly unpleasant towards me. Today she accused me of purposely not signing my signature last week on the receipt and walking away from her when she was calling after me. I apologized sincerely and explained I have a hearing impediment, so did not hear her. She just turned her back from me and said nothing. So rude, never going back there again.

Coffee is hit or miss. Usually a miss. Muffins are ok, the rest of the food is not very good and it seems like«rude» is a requirement to be employed there. Oh and they charge for a cup of warm water for a babies bottle even after spending 25 on coffees and food.

After reading numerous other bad reviews of this place, I am amazed that the owners haven’t changed anything but then again, the owner, herself is definitely part of the problem. The coffee is great(I cannot speak for the food). I gave up my daily Dunkin Donuts stop to come here(although the parking lot is a tough in/out in the mornings, it was well-worth the yummy coffee — both iced & hot were delicious; love the great variety of flavors, without all the sweet syrup added). However, the women who work at the counter(one of which I believe is the owner) are just unfriendly & the owner especially so — she never smiles & is not very friendly, even to her regular customers! The first few times I went in there, I wasn’t thrilled with the vibe, especially since it is such a cute place, but I thought I would continue to support the local business, especially since I really enjoyed the coffee. However, the unfriendly vibe is just awful; it’ s a cute little neighborhood coffee place, great to hangout, but I can’t continue to support a place that just doesn’t seem to appreciate their customers. I think this place could be PACKED with business, if perhaps you received your coffee with a SMILE instead of a SCOWL. Mornings aren’t everyone’s thing, but if that’s the case, perhaps you shouldn’t be serving people their morning coffee as your job! I have just had enough of the«walking on eggshells» feeling that I get & again, I would consider myself a REGULAR customer. It’s too bad; the place could be SO great, but for me(and seems like many others in this small town based on the other reviews), it seems like we will move on … and leave the crazies at Stir Crazy behind.

Coffee is good but overpriced and your cup is all ice. The ladies who work there are always pretty rude and act like you are inconveniencing them.

The worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Are the owners aware that they employ two rude and grumpy women to serve the customers??? Worst café ever. Don’t go. The food is really good but honestly the women who serve are very mean. They do not smile and actually say rude things to customers. Like«we are closing in 30 minutes» after I request my order to be «for here.» Ok, I’ll take it to go then? Guess I don’t have an option.

I have been visiting this place on and off for a while, usually getting coffee and a muffin, which are usually good. Today, I wanted something different: A Tomato, Basil, and Mozzarella WRAP. The girl asked if I wanted white or wheat. I chose wheat. I was THE only one in there ordering and was eating there. I waited and waited, wondering WHY it was taking so long to make a simple wrap. Finally, I got my PANINI! What? I told the girl I ordered a wrap. Tons of excuses why she made a wrap: «No one ever orders a wrap; they get Panini’s.» They asked if I wanted it changed but I wasn’t in the mood to wait for them to make the order correctly, so I bit into my «tomato, basil, and mozzarella» wrap(panini) and it had NO basil. It was lettuce, chopped up bits of tomatoes and some tiny bit of melted cheese. And… the lettuce was ROTTEN. I told the girl and she said it must have been a «brown spot». NO! It was mushy and ROTTEN! How the hell do you make a sandwich KNOWING the lettuce(not basil, as it was supposed to be) is ROTTEN??? And I mean: ROTTEN. She said she’d make a new one, but I said«no thanks» and she was going to give me my money back, but I just got up, walked out saying I will never be back. So, if you enjoy rotten, spoiled food and excuses to go along with it, by all means go to Stir Crazy. I won’t be seeing you there, because I will be up the street at a GOOD sandwich and coffee place: Elsa’s. Now, I must go and vomit up the rotten lettuce I just ate. And…owners…don’t bother replying unless you want me to say more.

Great selection of brewed flavored coffees not flavor shots-favorite coffee shop around! Strawberry shortcake sounds a little weird as a coffee flavor but it is delish!

So I went into this place thinking it might be fun and cute… how can you go wrong with a little coffee shop in a small town? This place was terrible. I was greeted by two women, one rude and annoyed, and one who appeared to be slightly more helpful. I told her it was my first time and she smiled and told me the muffins were good and made fresh in-house every morning(which I found out was a lie). I got a muffin and a small latte. When I asked what flavors they had the less helpful woman named them quickly and was annoyed when I asked her a question about the flavors. I paid(tipped $ 1…why?) and sat down. The less rude woman delivered my HALF cup of AWFUL tasting latte and the mediocre muffin. I couldn’t drink the latte, and considered taking it back but after how I was already treated, decided against it. My 3 year old daughter was thirsty so I went to ask for a small cup of water: «ok, but I’m going to have to charge you 25 cents for the cup». I’ll never be going back and told them so.

Food looked stale… empty house… and coffee was weak. Sorry, pick somewhere else people… id prefer stronger coffee. .I do like that its locally owned which is a plus but if you walk into a place where there are 3 workers doing nothing, it may be a baf sign

I have been going here numerous times because I hate Dunkins and I love the coffee here. I just wish the owner would get the picture and put her ego down for a second to realize this place isn’t going to stay for long. For starter’s the owner talks back to her customers. My order has been messed up twice and this morning was the second time. I asked for an egg and english muffin and they gave me an egg and croissant. Both the owner and her coworker insisted that was what I ordered and gave me attitude. OKAY lady. If you don’t know the motto, its«the customer is always right.» Even if I may have ordered the wrong thing, then you should at least know to not give me attitude and talk back to me like I did something horribly wrong. Customer service goes a long way for any business and word of mouth is the best advertisement you can get. If the owner knew how to make her business successful(because the coffee and food are good) she would ALWAYS put the customer first. I actually have had the same experience as some below where she gets annoyed if you come in late. SORRYYOURHOURSAREN’T CONVENIENTFOREVERYONEELSE. Your customers are the reason why you even have a job… This lady needs some John Taffer in her life if she wants to keep her money. There are too many signs and I don’t know where I’m looking to see what to order while the Lottery stuff just makes the place trashy and devalued and it brings in a whole different type of raucous customer clientell. It also probably costs more money than it actually makes. On top of that the over-priced desserts are from wholly cannoli which doesn’t make any sense to me. You should be baking everything fresh in house in the enormous kitchen downstairs. However, I noticed they are wrapped in saran wrap which means that they have been sitting around for a while and is not okay. Why would I want to pay a high end price for a mediocre stale product? It’s clear that people know to stay away from those because no one ever buys them. Plus its against the law to sell old food like that to people because you can make them sick. Long story short– unless you want to be treated like crap from someone who doesn’t know what they are doing I wouldn’t suggest going here. I think I’ll just make my own coffee at home from now on.

Awful. Rude. When it first opened there was different management the new people there are grumpy, unfriendly, and are bothered whenever anyone comes in. The keno machine is tacky and the prices are expensive for the quality of the coffee which also isn’t great. Did I mention the customer service sucks? Put on a smile once in a while and don’t look so annoyed. Not a great place to grab coffee go to dunkins.

Like others, I want to love this place. And I used too before new ownership. The ice coffee selection remained the same and it’s great! But the lack of customer service makes me question why I go there. It’s still a bit better than dunks. But it appears they are trying to hard– there is now salads sandwiches, soup, lottery but only a couple of each bagel in stock each morning. My recommendation is to pick something to be good at and hit it out of the park.

I really wanted to step outside my Starbucks box & support a local mom & pop type business by stopping in here for a latte. The customer service & coffee was so poor that I won’t be back. The girl behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to upright her frown & snapped back answers to my few simple questions. The large latte I ordered only filled 2⁄3 of the cup & tasted terrible. I’ll be going back to Starbucks for friendly service & consistently good lattes. Too bad!!!

Went here last week and the woman working there could not have been more displeased with seeing a customer. I’m sorry do you want me to come back when there’s a commercial? Got my overpriced coffee and left for good.

I’ve been here twice and gotten bagels both times, no complaints but I’d need to eat more from here to give a higher review. They do have a lot of nice looking pastries but I’m usually here early morning and my sweet tooth usually comes later in the day. It’s very close by so I’ll be here more in the future. The people working there are very friendly and they bake their pastries fresh(not frozen or shipped in).
