The Outlook Apartments

Beautiful and clean apartments and town houses. My wife loves it. Friendly management.

We were in San Diego when we found these places. My husband has a few buddies that live here and he said they were great!
With my husband being in the Military we move often and we are not able to always view a place in person before we move in. That was the case with these town-​homes/​apartments.
Kinda (The manager) was so friendly and helpful with the entire process. Helped us get into a better place then we had originally thought we wanted! Also (it’s the little things that make me love a place) When we moved in out son had just had a birthday and in our move in packet they had a birthday card for him!
When we did our walk through inspection the place was clean, no foul smell, and just beautiful. Stainless steal appliances, beautiful wooden floors, and to my liking all the windows were clean so to me that just means they took their time while cleaning and did the small things.
We have a pool and a clubhouse and a gym but we haven’t used it yet due to the fact that a car ran into the gym but once the gym is re-​opened I will check it out.
For the price we pay it’s utterly amazing these places. I am not a fan of the size of dogs in some of these places because its so loud when the dogs bark and it’s non-​stop.
Such a beautiful, clean, and great sized apartments and town-​homes! And they offer Military discount! Score!!!

Fantastic place! Amazing customer Service! Everything’s well maintained and clean. We saw about 4 places today and ended up putting a reservation down on a brand new townhome that isn’t even finished yet. Very excited! I’m looking forward to moving in.

I’ve been in this location for almost a couple of years now. The people that works in the Leasing office are very friendly. This place was brand new when I moved in so I really have not had any issues expect for a minor one when I first moved in and they were quick to take care of it. The only reason why I gave them a 4 is because I kinda don’t agree with the Trash collection fee ($ 25), a little too expensive for something that I use once a week. :(
