This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. We moved to Puyallup because of a job and this place was close to it and was in our price range. They are great apartments to be in and enjoy but unfortunately the management doesn’t really care what you have to say after you move in or out. We lived in a townhouse above apartments and we constantly had neighbors slamming doors that would shake our bottom floor, neighbors that would have surround sound on their TVs and we could hear the bass and rattling through the walls. We had to turn our TV up louder just to enjoy what we were watching which then turned into a noise war. When we would go to the apartment leasing office to address the situation they would say they never heard anything when they walked by and never notify them of the noise. We then had new neighbors move in a couple months before we left who had a dog and they would let their dog just go out their door and poop in the grass and then leave it and also just let their dog run around wherever. I even saw their dog try to chase and attack another dog that was walking by. We addressed this with the office and they said if they don’t see it they can’t do anything about it. When we were moving out we were interested to know how much of a «refundable deposit» we would get back as long as there was no damage. The property manager said we «most likely won’t be getting any of our deposit back». Excuse me? Then why do you call it a deposit if you have it allocated to things prior to moving out? They charged $ 125 in touch up paint on our move out bill. $ 125??? The grounds are muddy and swampy and they just mow over it and then they tell me our $ 200 pet fee goes towards keeping up with the grounds. Seriously? They now aren’t able to explain to me how they charge $ 125 for touch up paint and Nicole, the new to this property assistant manager, stated that«if you knew how painting works. We have to paint the whole wall if it needs touch up» Then why do you call it touch up? The whole group in the office is condescending and will argue their point and talk over you so they don’t have to pay you back a dime. Needless to say, I will not refer any friends I made while living up there to these townhomes/apartments. Over priced for the«Exceeding your Expectations» bullshit they live by.

Nice Apartments but HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRRIBLE staff! The ladies in the office are the WORST management I have ever come across. Every time I have to talk to them, it feels like I lost a few minutes of my life! They are unprofessional, rude and condescending. I think every single one of them goes thru a week long training of «how to be a miserable staff member for your tenants» in which they all excel. Apart from being so horrible, they are also thieves! A perfect example of that would be that if you are a single minute late in dropping your rent check(as if everyone is perfect), they will NOTONLY charge you $ 75 for being late but scam you by adding another $ 50 dollars for a piece of paper that says you are late! I do not understand why they can’t just call one second and let the tenant know that you are late instead of racking up charges; I would think that is common courtesy! They will target a unit and keep leaving notices for random stuff almost every other day! Everything comes off as a threat from them! I liked the apartment and moved in but if I had ANYIDEA how horrible the staff is, I wouldn’t waste a second there! If you are thinking about Aldreea, read this review and keep in mind that with the apartment, comes a constant struggle of dealing with the WORSTSTAFFF in the world… Is it worth it?! Ask yourself.
