Can’t believe Carl’s Jr. Doesn’t have a breakfast platter with pancakes like some other fast food franchises. Ended up getting a huge breakfast burger. Establishment was clean, fast service. I recommend not to come here after the hours of 2:30

OMFG! I swear I posted 2 bad reviews of this place earlier but it must have been under another account… I can definitely see why this place has two stars. Over the last 2 years I have had about four huge incidents here because every time I come hrre, and I mean every time, my food is wrong… today it was twice, and I got told by the manager that when«he gets stuff wrong he goes somewhere else.» Who says that?! I literally go six months in between visit because of their constant errors and this was the first time I’ve been back in a while… last time I was upset about them putting the melting on the side of the box melted instead of on the sandwich. How hard is it to get cheese on a sandwich? Today I ordered two sausage egg cheese biscuits and a turkey patty. After pulling out of the drive thru I noticed that they forgot the sausage so I pulled back in the drive thru and got it and headed home. When I got home I took the turkey patty out of the box and it was completely black on one third of it… I don’t mean well done I don’t mean brown I’m talking black to the point where there was carbon crust in the bottom of my bag… although I did not think to snap a picture at the time I still have the bag with the carbon crust in it that I will probably post… the big Luca Brasi looking manager came out and tried to intimidate me for some reason, and the drive thru girl noted that«I always complain» which is exactly true because like I said, they always mess up my order. The manager made every excuse about why the food is always wrong as I tried to explain the prices have gone up, the employees pay has gone up as of Jan1, but the food quality and service hasn’t. And I have worked in restaurants from McDonalds to places on Ventura Boulevard from 14 years old to 35… these are the exact minimum effort employees that are demanding $ 15 an hour when they can’t even do the job of $ 8 an hour… And I even try to talk to the manager and he was shaking and so unable to even carry out a calm conversation it was damn near pathetic and kind of scary, but what should I expect out of a 50 year old man who still works at Carl’s Jr? Just kind of pathetic that he is a kind of manager that tells you to go somewhere else rather than attempting to fix the problems and that is exactly why they have two stars and are sinking on Unilocal… PATHETIC!!!

Every time I come here I always have bad service they always mess up my order and everyone ordering. Today the employees were cursing at each other out loud. Bad experience never coming back. The place is dirty and doesn’t look welcoming. Everything it torn apart.

This is a review for late-night drive-thru, which is the only time I eat here. Considering that it’s fast food, it’s not bad. The service is friendly and competent enough, the food is usually hot, and there’s not much of a line after 2 am. 3.5 stars rounded up to 4.

Came drive thru and literally after I ordered it took 20 minutes to get my food! They took forever who knows why! Bad service bad timing bad everything! Never going there again! I would expect it if it was busy but it was dead!

We’ve been patrons of this location for many years. However, the service has been progressively declining and today’s visit confirms that we will no longer be returning. We purchased with a 2 for 1 meal coupon and asked if we could«substitute» fries for onion rings. Server Brenda –10 said yes. However, we looked at our receipt and found we were charged for the onion rings. The Manager said it was because we requested medium onion rings! It wasn’t worth arguing as it became apparent that the Manager attended the same customer service training as Brenda. Teri L’s review below is 4 mos old and poor BRENDA continues to provide poor customer service. Dear Carl’s Jr– Please help your employees. We will be shopping elsewhere in the meantime.

I just went in today ordered a number 15 and crisscut fries in drive thru. I look inside my bag and my i had 3 crisscut fries and the rest was crumbs from regular french fries and onion rings? Ummm? Seriously? Had to go inside after going through drive-thru and they did not care so much but i got a fresh batch as i should have from the beginning.

This place is conveniently located in a shopping center along my route home from work. Sometimes I have to resort to these eateries for a quick bite as I am always«on the go». Sadly, this particular establishment has disappointed my expectation on one too many occasions. Spending $ 8-$ 10 for a «convenient meal» is a lot of money when your food looks like it’s been dug-out of the trash. I DONOT recommend this location. If the staff does not care about the quality of the product they provide to paying customers, then they don’t deserve our patronage. This review is based on a few visits not just one horrible one. Eat at your own risk and if you happen to get a semi/decent looking meal, you’ll be disappointed by their sneaky way of cutting corners for budgeting needs. One star for sake of review.

I’m so disappointed. I went to this Carl’s Jr. for a spicy chicken sandwich because I’m on a huge budget and the $ 2 for it was like a splurge for a treat. Not to say that it’s going to be gourmet, but I’ve had plenty of delicious and satisfying spicy chicken sandwiches that hit the spot in my time. I got home and the bun is so dry it’s cracked and looks like an old dry foot, but worse, when I bit in to the chicken, it was crunchy like a friggin’ croûton and very thin and a weird color. Doesn’t even taste like chicken, I’m not sure it’s edible. Disappointed I spent any money on this and I can’t even eat it. I won’t be coming back anymore. This place is over priced and their food is extremely unhealthy! I ordered a salad and had to wait a long time to get it. I will be posting a picture of the salad and the bad cucumbers that they put in my salad that I had to throw out.

This place sucks, they make you wait and tell you that someone erased the order and don’t even correct it with anything. So avoid this carl’s poor customer service. Poor management skills. This place sucks. Barely one star and that is because of the person at the counter.

They tricked me into getting a medium meal instead of regular. «Would you like medium or large?» Not knowing I had the option of regular or small, I said medium– thinking it was the lesser of the two. Shady business antics, I won’t be returning to any Carl’s jr’s in the future.

Wow… NOWONDER they only have TWO stars! Must be the ever-so-welcoming«BRENDA», with the personality of a wet rag! Waited like 15 minutes, and there were NO customers in line! I mentioned that there were fries and a burger sitting there forever getting cold(see pics), but«Brenda» just gave me «the eye roll» and walked by… After a few more minutes of staring at all the food getting cold, I just asked for a refund, and OFCOURSE they had to call«Brenda» to come to the register. Believe me, she was not the slightest bit happy about it! She had already been yelling at the poor trainee, that they had no chicken, were out of this and that, etc… she was just NOT a happy camper. Headed now to my «regular» Carl’s, NEVER to return to this apathetic circus again!

I have NEVEREVER been so disgusted of food so much to actually send it back!!! Went here last night(only because everything else was closed since its Christmas and they were the only people open and we were on the way back from Vegas and we had no food at home)… Ordered a six dollar burger –Combo– Guacamole burger –combo– Grilled chicken salad. Asked for extra ketchup girl game me 2 little packets. I asked for ranch and bbq sauce, she hands me ONE of each… I told her«we’re 3 people». she hands me ONE more! ‘WEARE3PEOPLE” she is like«so you want more?» «YESGENIUS!» The burgers were cold, to the point that the cheese wasn’t even melted in there… The fries was old… the lettuce was old and the tomatoes were yellow with white goop on it! there was only one pinch of guacamole on it, and maybe one bite of the bacon! Mom had the salad and she kept saying it tastes funny… She picked up one piece of lettuce and it was brownish yellow… then she found another one, and another one… and then she picked out a cucumber that was gone bad. it was soft and slippery and it was dissolving when you would touch it… The tomato was old and gross, and the chicken was not fully cooked… It was so disgusting to even look at. I took it up to the girl there, asked for the manager after asking her 4 times she finally called up «the manager»… she looked at the salad without apology or anything«what? you want your money back?» WOW! You can get people sick with serving this type of food to them. That’s horrible! and you refuse to let go of a little ketchup packet. Serve old food and don’t apologize for it… see if anyone comes back again! I rather starve then to come back here for even water! I wish I could do 0 stars, or had the time to take this to corporate… I sure hope someone out there with higher authority sees this!!! DISGUSTINGATTITUDE… DISGUSTINGFOOD! STAYAWAY!
