I must start by saying I love this place. They have an array of greens, veggies, fruits and protein to choose from. This is my go to spot at least 4 times a week. With gloved hands your ingredients are grabbed and put into the salad bowl. With that being said, you must watch how they handle things with the gloves they’re wearing. I had a woman fix a flyaway strand of hair and rub her apron then ask me what I wanted next on my salad. Another time the counter was wiped with a gloved hand as my salad was being made. Then today, an employee wiped the counter where the salad is tossed with a soiled towel. All these times their hands were gloved, but the gloves were not changed. I of course, asked that the gloves get changed. Employees of Salata need to understand that gloves are a second skin and will still carry germs as though they are bare hands. I will continue to eat here and continue to ask that their gloves get changed, even when I just enter. I’ve seen other things while dining in but nothing clean gloves can’t fix.

My go-to in the valley! The amount of selection could get overwhelming but everything here turns out just delightful. Every time I take a bite I think to myself, «there’s a party in my mouth» On a more serious note, because they serve«healthy food», the price is reasonable. I mean affordable! ;)

I recommend everybody to go and eat at salata. It’s a great place to be in, it’s healthy, fast, and delicious. I went there about a week ago and I got a big salad. It was delicious and good and I want to go there again. The food is really good and we’ll served, drinks, especially teas are the best. The employees were nice and respectful, one of the employees was stephan, he helped me throughout the process of making my salad. He was nice and generous, he recommended a lot of choices, and I liked them. He helped me and served my salad very well, and I thank him for his hard work and also representing salata in a positive way.

I came to Salata during lunch time and it was fairly busy. The line moved quickly because of the way it works, reminds me of a chipotle, but for salads. Even though it was packed, there was still a place to sit and also seating outside if your little heart desires. I ordered a small salad and as I was standing there, I was thinking«man, that shit aint gonna fill me up.» So, I got my salad and boy was I wrong. I was full. It could be the three cups of peach lemonade I was drinking that made me full, but that’s besides the point. I was full. You can choose different kinds of salads like mixed, spinach, romaine and other types of greens. Then you add in whatever ingredients you want and you choose the dressing of your choice. Theres also wraps and stuffs if you’re into that. Total came out to $ 8 with a student I.D. you get about a dollar off. With a Unilocal check in you pretty much get a free drink. I was satisfied and would definitely come here again.

What a nice healthy option to chose from in the neighborhood! Overall: You got to watch out though because you got every single option you can possibly think of to put in a salad. A little bit of this and little bit of that doesn’t make it so healthy anymore. Presentation: The décor along with the lovely bright colors make you want to sit and eat there. I opted to go as I was in a hurry but none the less, I was impressed with presentation. You chose your options as you go. They have salads and wraps to chose from. Dislikes/Likes: I tried their ginger lemon dressing… amazing! I did not like their tea whatsoever not to mention the calories that were attached to it. Finally, I felt the line and the process were not executed. It did not move, and often I found the employees to be confused whether or not I already picked my selection so they can proceed to help me in the next section. It was not smooth. Obviously there are more options than your typical subway or Panda Express, but I felt they could do better here. They didn’t have it under control.

So what’s wrong with this restaurant, most everything. 1. Deceptive practices: they charge extra for everything, an extra scoop of dressing and goat cheese. The trouble is that the products are not labeled as extra cost. I guess this is the way they make an extra buck. Most things are labeled as extra cost except dressing and goat cheese. 2. Cleanliness: the bathrooms are filthy, tables are sticky and the restaurant feels unsanitary. 3. Drink availability: the drink dispensers are ALWAYS empty. The staff just doesn’t check on that area. Without fail, I have to ask staff to refill the drink containers. Bottom line, don’t come here unless management changes the deceptive practice if I identified extra charges, clean up the place and train staff to make sure drinks don’t run dry. Oh yeh, the salad is just ok, there are places that offer a better selection.

I love build your own salad places. I’m a regular at Salata, my son and I can share a large salad and be satisfied. Love the ginger herb salad dressing. Get some pita chips on your salad for a nice crunch! I’m looking forward to their new additions of quinoa and falafel.

Loved this place. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Damaris attended us with a smile and was patient while me and my 5 year old nephew created the most delicious salad ever. The ingredients selection is huge and OMG alfalfa sprouts!!! Really??? That’s rare, I was in veggie heaven. We shared a «small» salad and it was huge. Oh and the tea and lemonade selection is delicious too.

I really like the salad, bottom line thats the only reason to come here. The service isn’t bad, and not good. The portions vary on who is serving you at the time. For example I’d like more tomato can mean different things to different people but in the end I would like more than your ponying up. The salad can be pricey but since you are conducting the flavors, you are ultimately responsible for your own enjoyment. They charge extra for meat, which is tasty depending on what kind you get. The teas are really hit and miss, I don’t recommend them unless you get a Unilocal deal for checking in. I used to get the big salad but then realized that usually the person serving you has small hands so big or small it doesn’t matter. So go small you’ll be fine. Why here and not soup plantation? Well you’ll enjoy a great salad without overeating, the end.

Saw this chain on a list of the hottest small restaurant chains in America and stopped in for a quick salad at dinner. It’s a glorified Soup Plantation that has upgrade the quality of food it serves, which isn’t a knock, rather reality. You have less to choose from, but better, healthier, fresher and more tasty options. The chicken options have more flavor. The lefty options are better. The dressings are better and all for a fair price. This won’t be the best salad you’ve ever had, but will more than get the job done. And, keep in mind, this isn’t a new concept. Similar establishments have littered the country for a decade. This is just a new spot in this area. And, one worth trying if you’re a rabbit.

Tired of having subpar salads when in a crunch? Do you no longer want wilted greens and soggy croutons? Then fear no longer, for Salata is here. Another great addition to this shopping center. First off, I have had excellent service here. I am always greeted with a smile and the employees are very kind even to a sometimes indecisive customer like myself. I really like the quality and quantity of the ingredients here. No matter if I want to keep it simple, get a complex flavor or just go crazy, I can do it here. I especially like the protein section. 3 differently seasoned types of chicken, salmon and shrimp? The more reasons to love you. I haven’t tried the wraps but will update my review when I do. So until then, when you crave salad alotta make your way to Salata!

I love this place. I tell people it’s like the Pizza Rev of salad bars, in that you pick and choose as much as you’d like from a huge variety of veggies/toppings, all for a reasonable flat fee. Proteins are a couple of dollars extra, but that seems fair to me. Huge dressing selection, too. The chipotle dressing has a nice«kick» to it. BEWARNED: They naturally spoon a pretty heaping spoonful of dressing onto the salad. I always ask for VERYLIGHTDRESSING — like less than half of the ladle — and this still leaves my salad fully«dressed» and not the least bit dry. Rounding out the healthy eating is an iced-tea bar vs. a soda station. The Granada Location is clean and large with plenty of seating and even offers free wifi.

Cool spot to create you’re own salad. Its a Chipotle style restaurant. When it comes to eating healthy, I’m picky about what goes into my plate and this olace has a lot to choose from. The restaurant is very clean, seating arrangement is nice and the food is fresh. The tea’s are a litte bit too sweet but you could just ice it or water it down. The cookies are the best here! Chewy, gooey and ooooweeee!

Salata is the Chipotle of salads!!! I mean they have almonds, bleu cheese, Quinoa, tofu, beets, grapes, pineapple, alfalfa sprouts and even sesame sticks… Whatever your little heart desires they have it for you to drop in that salad! How It Works: Salads come in two sizes small and regular. Go for the regular its $ 1 more but a noticeably larger amount. You choose any combination of lettuce(I love their salata mix with kale yumm) then you chose your toppings. You can have an unlimited variety of veggies, nuts, cheese and fruits. The dressing selection is immense. I personally loved their lemon vinaigrette but they have a fat-free mango I am dying to try. Now your protein is extra and depending on your choice the prices range from $ 2-$ 3. I went crazy and got the seafood mix which was delish($ 3)!! The whole set-up is assembly –line style so you choose as you go. Service was fast and simple everything was laid out for the eye to see. If you don’t want a salad they also have really tasty wraps with the same concept in mind. Overall great place!

This place is great! Wrap or salad whatever you desire. They have it all anyway you like it. There is about 5 different types of chicken to toss in as well as shrimp or salmon. They also have some pretty delicious soups. I love the fact that there is no soda machine there. All about the healthy eating! What more could you ask for?
