The staff is nice but they ALWAYS screw up my order in the drive through even though the ticket is correct. Many times I have had to wait 5 – 15 min on my food also. They are really slow for a McDonalds.

Terrible! Every so often I go back thinking maybe it has improved. Every time I’m reminded why I quit going. Sure would be nice to get the order right at least once in my life

It’s pretty typical for a McDonald’s but it’s new and of course staffed with locals from the Granbury area. People from not around here will hopefully be surprised by the friendliness of the staff.
