[edit] we ordered pizza here the other night. I’m pretty sure something has changed. The crust was excellent, a little chewy. Really seems to be an improvement. I’ve ordered pizza here dozens of times since they opened years ago and this is the first time I was really happy with it.
The pizza here sucks, sauce is not good and crust is just gross. I do love their grinders and calzones though. Delivery is fast and price is right.

Don’t bother. Their pizza is mediocre at best, they don’t get orders right, and delivery takes forever (and we live right around the corner!). If they mess up, and you call them to have them make it right, they still can’t. Really rude, really ineffective. And EXPENSIVE (12″ pizza, three items — $ 15). Don’t bother with this place…

Tried to order pizza and wings… They wouldn’t let me split the flavor on my 20 wings. They said I would have to order 2 10 piece orders costing about $ 6 more. I cancelled my order and went somewhere else. Idiots… don’t they know there are about 4 pizza joints in a 3 mile radius. Every time I have ordered pizza from them there are rude and not very accommodating. They won’t get any of my business. Some people just don’t get it.

The man who owns Granby Pizza is very rude. I ordered my food at 11:25am (Cell Phones tell people when they call & how long the call is) After a hour & half I called them back to find out my wings just got out the oven. He said 50mins but it’s been OVER 50mins even from the time he saying I called then back. Then he was accusing me that I was wrong on when I called. I then said I can’t wait any longer & he then told me again how I was wrong on the time & hung up on me. Very nice people & service huh? That man couldn’t even be man enough to say sorry & keep business. No wonder why they have coupons. Improve with customer service: Don’t treat your customers in a rude manner & hang up. I will NEVER go here again. They need NEW management.

Four stars for yum french fries, gigantic half sub («grinder»), and quick delivery. Minus one star for the tuna being so peppered I had to sneeze when I opened it.
