The food was so good I had to review mid-meal! Let me start by saying the mescal infused pink dove cocktail was a well balanced treat. The cauliflower starter was surprisingly special with the soft boiled egg complimenting the flavor. The chicken pâté I could eat with a spoon and the green curry mussels were so delicious, I considered getting another order. The salmon and the cod were cooked to perfection. But, the desserts… Whoa. BREADPUDDING!!! And Crack Pie. this place is worth flying in for!

Lovely restaurant! Had dinner at the bar, very very friendly place. Great selection of Colorado beers. I had a delicious beet salad that they graciously added chicken to for me. I was hoping it would be a nice light dinner — it was just a tad too light. Next time I’d order something else as well to tide me over.

I went here with my girlfriend on a Saturday night and was nothing but pleased! My server I believe her name was Aaron and she did an amazing job of recommended some really good cheeses and meats to start with. Then the lady who brought out our food kept it real with us when we asked her about the menu and what was good. I ended up getting the steak frites which was incredible! Definitely would recommend. Really great place if you’re looking for luxurious food for a super reasonable price with great service! Definitely my favorite restaurant in the town for sure!

Absolutely can not go wrong here. Always on top of their game, always rotating the menu, always great service, and totally feels like you are in a different town as soon as you walk through the door. Currently I am loving the duck Ramen, but I’ll probably have a new favorite next week. Always worth the stop. Always a bargain for the quality you are getting. Just do it(Nike please don’t sue).

I went here twice when I was in town for work recently. Had the cheeseburger for dinner and it was perfect! Then I came back the next day for lunch, and had the omelette, which was also delicious. Great place to eat at the bar.

Stopped in for a midday snack and glad I did! I really wanted some soup since it was cold outside and initially had a hard time deciding between the ciopillio, ramen, and beer cheese soup. I decided on a cup of cheese soup since the other two were larger and the crispy cauliflower. The cheese soup was the best I’ve ever had! It was creamy, cheesy, and not too heavy. Perfect consistency and spices. I just wish I had ordered a bowl instead of a cup. *note* beer soup is only available in the winter. I was hesitant about the cauliflower because I don’t love soft boiled eggs which it had on the side. Once I tried it I was hooked. The cauliflower with the egg, aolie and orange zest was amazing. I almost licked the plate clean. I will definitely return.

This place is beyond delicious. Try the fried artichoke hearts and the dill fries. Every single item we ordered was off the charts! I love finding new local places to easy and this joint deserves the great reviews.

How this place could ever receive less than 5 stars is beyond my comprehension. I just had the braised short ribs and grits and it was fabulous. The ribs were tender and the grits were tasty.(I’m part southern boy, what can I say?) had the bittersweet chocolate panna cotta pie for dessert and came extremely close to being carried out in a casket. I could have died right here and not cared. There were so many things on the menu I wanted to try. That doesn’t happen too often in places I go. I will be back again and again to review other dishes when I return!

A cute and trendy place to have dinner. Stopped by after a 4 hour drive from southern Utah. They have happy hour all night Sunday which worked perfectly for us. Ordered the fried artichoke which was nicely made, and the truffle skinny fries which were excellent. There are not many vegetarian options and I ended up getting the kolsch beer/cheddar soup(it had chicken broth but I don’t mind that), the soup had a really overpowering cheddar taste. I love cheddar but this was a bit too much and I couldn’t taste the beer or the vegetables or pretty much anything else. I actually left my bowl half finished which is a first for me! For dessert tried the momofuku pie based on previous reviews but I wasn’t too impressed, both the pie and the ice cream were a bit too sweet for me. So maybe I just ordered the wrong items, but dinner was just about ok for me. 3.5 stars rounded up because of the service which was excellent!

Favorite place in town to eat burgers! I live here and it’s my go to place to bring visitors. Get the Bin burger. You won’t regret it! One suggestion though. Don’t take big groups. They don’t split checks over a certain number and I’ve gone a couple times with groups, and I won’t go back with more than one person. Each time it was disastrous and I wound up paying extra. Definitely a better place for a one-on-one dining.

I believe I rated this place already, but oh well, let’s do it again. I was really surprised. Foods were good, service was excellent. My bf and I ordered the artichoke heart, since everyone was raving about it on Unilocal. It held true to its reputation, but it was a bit small portion. Then I had the Bin Burger, and I say it’s by far the best burger of this town. And the dessert, bread pudding. Was not disappointed. The bar section of the restaurant has a bit of everything for everyone. Will definitely hit this spot again.

I cannot speak more highly or Bin 707 foodbar. My husband and I were married this past June in Palisade Colorado: Bin 707’s food truck catered our wedding. They were timely and offered more than enough food for our 150 guests. Now weeks and even months after our wedding our guests still speak about how tasty our food was. Here is an example of some items from our«small plated» wedding. –Grilled Housemade Thai Style Lemongrass Sausage and Spring Vegetable Succotash with Olathe Corn, Smoked Radishes and Pear, Bacon Jus –Grilled(shio koji) Marinated Skirt Steak, Parsnip Purée, Picked pioppini mushroom, Mustard Seed, Blackberry Chimi-churri(google shio koji) –Poached and Charred Leek Risotto, Grilled Preserved Meyer Lemon, Spiced Marcona Almond Brittle Highly recommend!

This was a great find for the West Slope! Granted the menu has some big words on it and some eclectic items not typically found in this part of the country, but all the food was excellent. We ordered the appetizer special octopus without celery. The octopus was not chewy like Japanese but soft(Spanish) so great texture. Ordered pork belly(smoky and firm) and shrimp dish(large prawns really). Both were full of flavor and filling. Also ordered cauliflower which was crisp and served with soft boiled egg to round out textures and flavors. Lastly ended with bread pudding which was a bit dry, just needed some sauce really but still quite good. Also tried an alcoholic root beer which was a first but tasty. Highly recommend this restaurant!

What a surprise! Simply delicious. My dad and I were just passing through and got dinner here. We started with the fried artichoke hearts, I ordered the burger and my dad ordered the pork belly dish. I also had a Hula Hoppie IPA by Palisade Brewing Company and my dad had a Milk Stout Nitro by Left Hand Brewing Co. We finished off our meal with the Momofuku crack pie Hula Hoppie IPA: refreshing and hoppie with a citrusy tang. Perfect with my burger! 4⁄5 Milk Stout Nitro: OMG delicious and full-bodied. I’m a huge fan. Do you guys ship to Chicago? 5⁄5 Fried Artichoke Hearts: I would like 10 orders of this please. Perfectly fried with a soft artichoke heart interior, coated with a delicious batter, paired with some lemon aioli and you’ve got a recipe for success. My goodness. 6⁄5 Burger: Juicy, not too salty, savory, great. 4⁄5 Pork Belly: Wow, you guys really shined on this one. Paired with some grits and other wonderful things, I honestly was so surprised and delighted. The flavors all paired so well, the pork belly wasn’t over-cooked, the crunchiness of the veggies was just right, paired with the creaminess of the grits. 5⁄5 Momofuku crack pie: SOSWEET. I couldn’t finish it because it was so sweet but my goodness, wasn’t every bite just heavenly! Warm with ice cream on top. I would work out at the gym for 4 hour so I could eat this again.

We ordered the fried artichoke heart appetizer to start and I got a fresh squeezed lemonade. The fried artichoke hearts were fried to perfection — tender on the inside and crisp on on the outside. The breading was light and perfectly seasoned. The lemonade was pleasingly tart. We ordered the bin burgers. The white cheddar cheese was melted and creamy. The beefsteak tomato was vibrant red and huge in diameter ensuring tomato in each bite. The frisée added a nice texture instead of regular lettuce. The burger meat was fluffy and flavorful. The house fries were nicely seasoned too. Very good. Despite being full we simply had to try the key lime pie for dessert. We are so glad we did! The unsweetened whipped cream was a perfect compliment to the tangy lime and the crumbly graham cracker crust. I wish I could replicate this pie at home for the holidays. That’s how good it is! Our waitress Mya was so friendly and helpful. She was very careful about my food allergy and assured me that the food prep for zucchini wasn’t touching our food. I really appreciate her care. We also loved that glass bottles were used for water at the table. String lights in the patio added ambience after 8 o’clock when we were enjoying dessert. Very cool interior with old fashioned filament lightbulb chandelier. Indoor, outdoor, and bar seating all full and it’s clear why. Great local and fresh quality food. We would definitely recommend and definitely return. Thank you and up the great work!

Ordered fried artichokes for apps. came with a yummy lemon aioli. The burgers are their specialty I hear. Had the bin burger with mushrooms– u can also get a double for like $ 3 more. They had a good selection of drinks as well. We had no room for dessert after the burgers.

I know a full 5 stars is frowned upon in Unilocal, but Bin 707 is truly deserving of this ranking. The service we experienced was impeccable with prompt, courteous attention by all the staff. Our waitress is very knowledgeable about the menu items, ingredients and method of preparation. The pricing is very generous compared to the high quality food produced by the kitchen staff. Promoting locally produced items is very welcome and I found a new favorite wheat beer, the Dirty Hippy produced by Palisade Brewing Company. To put it simply, I highly recommend Bin 707!

Being from Denver, you do not just swing into Grand Junction for dinner, but I actually plan trips around this restaurant. I literally plan my itinerary of westbound road trips around dining at Bin707. Often, I plan a stop on the way out and on the way home. I am a motorcycle photojournalist and tour guide and have had the pleasure of passing through the area several times a year. Most recently, my riding partner and I opted to sit at the bar for the entire meal, as opposed to our usual flow of moving to a table, after an appetizer and a cocktail. This turned out to be an excellent decision. Tammy was our mixologist and unexpected culinary tour guide for the evening. We immediately asked for a Mexican Sazerac, our favorite cocktail from previous visits. Now, let me get this out of the way up front; the sad. Something in Tammy’s expression made me question the request. Please forgive the following tangent. I have been coming here specifically for this drink for several years. Yes, for the amazing food, which I will get to, but specifically for this cocktail. I had originally read about if online; a sazerac featuring Tequila aged in whiskey barrels and blended with Mole bitters. I could not wait to try it. It proved to be one of the most unique, and subtle cocktails I have ever enjoyed. I was hooked! I even tried to recreate the homemade mole bitters myself several times at home. Unsuccessfully, I must say. If you dare, here are some basic bitter-creation guidelines from Bin707’s Blog: On this most recent ride, I used this cocktail as a motivator. Through rain, snow hail and even a breakdown on the side of the road, we pushed our motorcycles on knowing our reward would be the Mexican Sazerac. However, after ordering Tammy carried over what looked to be simple silver tequila. She explained there had been some change in the«blah, blah, blah, blah.» Ok, that’s not a direct quote. I am sure she did a great job explaining the«why» but my heart sank. I just knew I could not order the Mexican Sazerac with basic silver tequila. First world problem I know. She did an excellent job, guiding us through other choices, but this was a blow after nearly 3000 miles and 10 days of expectation. Back to the good; actually, the amazing! We continued the evening with one of my favorite appetizers, the blistered shishito peppers, paired with olives, almonds and hazelnuts from the happy hour menu. That was followed, by a wonderful truffle honey cheese and duck prosciutto. When we wondered what else to have with it, Tammy did not hesitate to recommend something called salmon rillette.(I think I spelled that correctly) It was amazing; like a Pâté, but not. Not only did it taste wonderful, but also she took the time to explain how it was made and how it was different from Pâté. As a wanna-be foodie I really tried to follow her explanation, but my taste buds were too distracted for my ears to function fully, no doubt the result of a walking and chewing gum incident from my youth. The meal continued with a split portion of the Pork Belly and a wonderful red blend, aptly called Troublemaker. The intent was to split to meals, but we were too full; of course, not too full for desert. We chose the Churros with a White Chocolate and Beet sauce. The sidecar for this course was a crystal clear chocolate martini. The balanced chocolate flavor and pure clear color making it feel like a 0 calorie accompaniment to the straw-worthy beet sauce. While I have always brought folks to Bin 707 for the food, the unique cocktails and the wonderful wine list. This was the first time, I really felt guided through the experience and for that I am truly grateful for the time Tammy gave us. Even as the restaurant began to fill to a standing room only capacity, she continued to explain everything and make our dining experience special. It should go without saying, but I think it is important to point out. We were staying two blocks away, in a nearby hotel. There is no way we would be driving or riding after such a spirited gastronomic tour.

Wow! Bin 707 came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint. We settled in nicely with a cheese plate that opened up the pallet perfectly. They were served with Bin’s onion marmalade and sliced pears that was truly refreshing. My wife ordered the fried artichokes that came with a garlic and lemon aioli. These were fantastic! For entrees, I ordered the pork belly and grits which was flavorful and allowed the pork to carry it’s own flavor rather than covering it up with anything else. The star of the evening was my wife’s lamb tenderloin that melted like butter at a medium. Bin shines through as a restaurant that knows what it does well. The dishes were executed flawlessly. The flavors were bold and fresh. We’re glad we listened to the locals. We returned the next day for lunch. Kudos
