Trailhead Coffee is an excellent place to stop for coffee, baked goods, breakfast and lunch. Their coffee was fantastic, well made and served in decent sized mugs. The apricot scone and rhubarb and strawberry pie were delicious. We look forward to returning and sitting outside and enjoying this lovely café.

Loved this little coffee shop, and truthfully, it’s more of a bakery/breakfast/lunch place than just a coffee shop. We were staying a few nights in the area, and got into Grand Junction late afternoon after driving all day; we decided to stop and grab some food to go. I picked up a few different things, thinking we’d have to like something… and we picky folks loved all of it. The food was above par for coffee shop food(which too often is a choice of muffins, or food that tastes like it was made a long time ago). We ended up stopping all 3 days we were there and weren’t disappointed. The broccoli potato soup was chunky and seasoned and delicious, the quiche was rich enough for us to say we probably shouldn’t be eating this but kept on eating it, and we got what I think was the best vegetarian breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. It tasted like breakfast, not spicy or overloaded with ingredients. Eggs, potatoes, cheese nicely seasoned; I’m not a breakfast burrito fan, but this was good. Deserts were excellent, we tried the apple, the pecan, and the apple cranberry pie; would order all again. I’ll order the baklava every time, they get it from a European bakery I believe, it melts like it’s supposed to. Tried the brownies, very yummy. And of course the coffee was good, tried the house brand, no special drinks. I especially like this place because of the pet pictures everywhere, and the staff was super nice; one woman remembered me from a few days back, asked me what I thought of the soup. That’s kind of awesome when someone makes you feel like a regular when you are only visiting the place for a weekend. Next time we go back, we’ll definitely stop here.

We stopped in here a few mornings this past week. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was comfortable. We ordered americanos and coffees and everyone was happy with their drinks. We didn’t order food, but it all looked good. Would definitely stop in again the next time we are in Grand Junction.

The Laughing Dog Coffee House offers one of the best and most reliable espressos in town. Their wonderful variety of home baked goods, savory vegan chili and quiches make it a delicious place to stop for breakfast, lunch or snack. Plentiful seating and friendly coffee shop atmosphere over on the Redlands make it unbeatable place here in Grand Junction. I plan on stopping there again soon! Just wish they were open with later evening hours!

One of my favorite places to relax and work. Friendly, but not intrusive, staff. Great coffee and tea! Very nice atmosphere and though it’s a bit of a drive for me, it’s worth it.

They make their own delicious baked creations, which makes them stand out. I’ve driven across town to have their quiche and a cup of espresso coffee — a difficult combination to find in Grand Junction. The coffee is great and the place is spacious with big windows, the people are friendly and it’s very clean. Plenty of parking and reasonable prices. What else do you need? This place gets an A+!

This is a nice coffee house with super friendly staff and delicious cookies and scones. The iced coffee is pretty weak, but the hot coffees taste great. A nice place to stop in!

Really good breakfast burrito(although it would be even better if they added some if those heirloom tomatoes that were sitting on their counter). Amazing cookies: we liked the chocolate chip and triple ginger the best!). Veggie wrap — really good with black beans and avocado. It just could have used a little more filling. Great find super convenient to Colorado national monument.
