I love Pablo’s, but the service from Cody was terrible. We didn’t appreciate it. We had to wait another 30 min for them to remake our pizza.

I ordered the personal sized Santa Fe pizza, a small Greek salad and a local brewed beer. There’s a little bit of confusion for first timers as to how the service works. It’s not hard to figure out, but, it would be nice for them to post a sign that you order first at the counter and then find seating on your own; They give you a number and then the staff finds you. I felt confused when sitting at a table for five minutes before I observed the process. Back to the food. Good pizza and nice fresh salads. The Greek salad doesn’t automatically come with the traditional Greek dressing, you have to choose between their standard dressings, none of which were Greek. Still, very fresh and excellent food. The menu is almost too big for such a small place but I appreciate the creativity of the pizzas.

We made the excellent choice to come here while stopping through Grand Junction on a road trip. They have a great list of local beers and wines and some awesome pizza choices. We ordered a half Dracula’s Nemesis, half Lip Smackin Insanity. Both were very good though I would highly recommend the latter. We were really glad we picked out this spot and would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.

Thank you Paul for taking the time to write as well as talk to us outside about our experience today. I do understand that everyone has a «bad day.» I appreciate you taking the time to talk to us as well as the girl who we tried to fix the problem with. I am sure we will be back to try again!

A solid pizza joint: fresh ingredients, a soft crust with just the right amount of outside crisping, and a zesty tomato sauce. Service is quick and competent.

Outstanding pizzas. Had the Sante fe and the LA cupacabra. Beware the prices though. $ 26 for a large nearly gave us indigestion.

Though traditional thin crust, these are epic pizzas. The atmosphere is great. The topping options are endless. This Cali born Italian approves!

This place is so amazing. We went in with a ton of request — take and bake pizza, a gluten free pie, and a very special custom pie. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the order was done right on time, and it tasted amazing. We will be back again for sure!

I am not entirely sure who I just spoke with calling in a delivery, but she was delightful. Knowledgable, friendly, and quick! When I am in Grand Junction, this is the only pizza I eat. It’s always an amazing combination of inventive flavors, and the crust is perfectly thin and crispy! I never feel bogged down by grease and the ingredients are always well balanced. Great price, great team, quick delivery and awesome location.

First time to Pablo’s yesterday… There were so many amazing choices, we didn’t know what to order! The server was awesome about helping us decide, offering 2 mediums with four different pizzas(½ and ½ on each). We will definitely be back for more!

Spudtacular. Enough said. Great pizza and salads. Good beer. Only gripe is the small interior.

If you live on the east coast and just expect a normal slice of pizza I suggest go somewhere else. Ordered 2 slices of pepperoni, was told it would be a minute as one was going in the oven. 30 minutes later I asked for my money back. Good thing as I was advised it would take at least another 20 to cook. So if you’re in a rush go somewhere else.

I cannot get any cooperation for coupon for free cheesy sticks … The staff in fruita gave me cheese sticks out of courtesy… Thus the five stars…

Excellent and bizarre pizza(you can get the standards as well — but the specials are really special). Always have a good time here, whether we have a slice or a whole pie. Wish their beer was on draft… I love that they use local products — like Field to Fork basil, squash, etc. Crust is good and crisp.

So I can’t tell you much about their regular pizza, BUT I’ve fed our boys gluten-free pizzas in 8 different states and they rated this place as the BEST gluten-free pizza they’ve ever had. The gluten-free size is pretty small, so if you have teenage boys, plan to order 2 per teenager. The gal that served us was great and was very knowledgeable about the local beers.

My family ordered pizza from this joint several times during our multi-month stay in GJ. This place gets it done. Fresh, hand made pies with that extra X factor. We only ever tried the Italian Stallion and Delta Blues because there was no reason to get anything else. Either way you go, you’re getting damn near perfection. It’s funny because I don’t think we ever actually ate at the restaurant. They are prompt and estimate their delivery times fairly. It is nice for a company to be straight up and tell you it will be an hour. Usually you’re told 30 minutes and it is two hours. Anyways, you’re making a mistake if you order from a chain. This is what you need. Oh ya… one more thing… the raviolis are the shiz nit. If you don’t get an order with your pizza, don’t bother calling… seriously.

Pablo’s is fantastic. They deliver, but if you want your pizza so hot it will burn the roof of your mouth you will need to dine in. When we moved to Colorado from Minnesota I was having a serious Pizza Luce withdrawal. Now back in Minnesota we visit Pablo’s every time we are in town. They had me at LACHUPACABRA. Especially since I had seen the cheesy SyFy movie about the Chupacabra(goat sucker). From their website: «According to Mexican folklore, the goat sucker strikes those with contented stomachs, so beware! Creamy roasted garlic, walnut & goat cheese pesto, mozzarella, artichokes, basil pesto, green olives and feta cheese.» Fantastic but even more perfect when you add shrimp. Enough garlic to protect you from Dracula(although they have a special pizza for that as well). My family prefers the meat pizzas(excellent sausage) and red sauce and it is great. But I like their other sauce options and unique selections best. Spudstacular is a excellent potato pizza and tastes like a loaded baked potato. Their desserts can be hit or miss but the tiramisu is always good.

Awesome downtown location with a menu and food to match. We’ve been longtime regulars and almost always have the Cajun Pesto pizza and Greek salad. The staff is usually friendly, and while the price of their pizza is higher than others, in this case you do get what you pay for.
