Buffalo Wild Wings

I got medium size boneless with 3 different flavors, lemon pepper, Caribbean jerk, and mango habanero. The mango habanero tasted freezer burnt. I let the waitress know and she brought me new ones the second time around they still taste freezer burnt none of the other Wings in the other flavors that I got taste that way maybe it was the sauce?

I was disappointed to see that one person from staff did not wash his hands after using the toilet.

Didn’t have food at this BW3s but I’m sure it’s the same as any of the rest. But, had a beer and I was pleasantly surprised they had a nitro tap. That’s something that my local one doesn’t have.

Ended up leaving after an hour of waiting for wings… Never got them… Manager wasn’t really helpful.

This was my best Buffalo Wild Wings experience I’ve had. This is a 5 star chain review.
We went in here late night on a Saturday to a restaurant which seemed closed. There weren’t many people there as most everyone was still out partying. I’m totally fine with that because they must have put extra TLC into the wings this night. I’ve become so used to being pissed at this chain for putting a minuscule amount of sauce on my order; however, this place drenched it. This is pretty much the old reason you eat here and they nailed it. I wasn’t overwhelmed with the beer selection and considering it is «beer city» one would hope they’d really do up their selection.
I can’t really go too much into detail over a chain. I’m not going to go on about the way the chicken was cooked to perfection or the sauce had an abundance of sweetness with a hint of heat that comes on at the end. This is frozen chicken drenched in corn syrupy goodness and there is nothing wrong with that! I would like to see BWW drop their price point. I only went here because we had some seriously stellar coupons.
They did such a great job of saucing their wings here I’d almost make a point to come back… for 4^th meal after drinking heavily of course.

I wouldn’t normally give a quick dining chain restaurant 5 stars but this location earned everyone one of them. The food and service we received at this location tops all other experiences at a BWW across the US. It was relatively late in the evening so my expectations were pretty low but they surpassed any expectation of a BWW I’ve ever had, day or night.
We ordered a large portion of boneless wings with 4 sauces and a fried chicken wrap with a side of buffalo chips. Everything came out quickly and with a great amount of sauce, hot and fresh. They even provided us with a side of the ghost pepper sauce to try for free because my husband is a maniac! We had a lot of food between the two of us so we were even able to enjoy our leftovers today and they held up well.

Extraordinarily half hearted seasoning job. It seemed as if as little effort as humanly possible was shown when seasoning my wings.

But today, my heart was originally full of life because my favorite game of the year was about to take place (U of M — STATE)
I came into the store and placed a carry out order, and lone behold what I ended up carrying out was half hearted attempt at customer satisfaction. I understand it was busy… But if my wings were the person tanning on the beach, and the sun was the seasoning, then they clearly fell asleep while reading on their side.
¹⁄₃ of the wings were seasoned and my tongue was left finding for more.
Maybe avoid the dry rub on busy days?
Maybe put love into every batch of wings?
Or maybe just train the employees to put the same effort into every batch, as my girlfriends looked stellar!

Love this place. Come here after Griffins games with my wife for wings. Annalisa is our favorite server!

It’s all been said before, it is what it is and it’s barely ok at that. I try to avoid the chain sports bar scene as much as possible but occasionally I get stuck meeting a group of friends. I was really disappointed to see a BW3 move into a great location downtown. There’s a ton of good local options in walking distance from here. Friendly staff and parking is difficult.

Forgot to cook our fries, the other two orders had cold fries and boneless chicken. Waited 15 min for fries after my order of regular wings were gone. Game 7 of the WS Was on 1 TV asked if the game would be on and was told «oh yes» she didn’t lie it was on the smallest TV they had. A Hockey game was on behind the bar with sound and it Was much larger. We had 4 In our party. And not another person was upstairs with us We paid and left. Will not return to this unfriendly place, and the food service was terrible.

LOVE this place! But when and why did it become necessary to order wings «wet» and pay an extra $ 0.50 to get a normal amount of sauce?

Ok — walking back after giving up on HopCat. Obviously was hungry. Decided to stop here. STUPID, STUPID, STUPID. They told me boneless wings we only 60 cents each. I ordered 10. They said I needed to order 12 cuz of the computer. WHATEVER. Oh, this was after waiting 15 minutes for the chowderhead, Eric, to actually take care of me. He was so «busy» getting shit by the flipping shot glass for his «regulars.»
Way to go!!! You are added to my NOT places. Oh, BTW GR, I am in GR almost weekly.

This place is what it it. Its a chain sports bar that serves wings with a million different kinds of sauces, has specials on (insert watered down domestic beer here), and plays sporting events on massive tv’s. The female servers wear fitted jerseys and tight black pants. Its like a sterotype of a man cave, which is what they are going for, I’m sure.
This particular location isn’t any different. Its mildy busy during the week but I didn’t have any wait getting a 4 person table this past Saturday night either. The service is fine. Our server was attentive but not overly chatty which is great because I’m not fond of the ‘buddy server’ thing that chain resturants seem to do. I got naked wings and my hubby got regular wings. Nothing to write home about — or write a Unilocal on as it would be– but they were filling enough.
We came at the suggestion of some friends that were in from out of town who like this place. I’m not sure I’ll be back on my own accord but it was a pleasent enough trip.

This place is pretty cool. Not like any of the other bw3’s I’ve been too. If it’s warm out ask to be seated upstairs on the balcony. There are heaters overhead if it’s a chilly day and the view is great.

The best Bdubs I have been to.
Crown Royal and Jameson round out the genorous late night happy hour ($ 3) everynight!!! That’s what keeps me coming back.
Cool to sit on the patio upstairs in the summer and watch the tigers game or something outside.
People always get wings, but I really enjoy some nice carribean jerk buffalitos, and they’re much healthier then the wings they dip in the fryer.

The new downtown GR BWW is great, with the TVs being lower, making it easier to view. I really thought the staff was great and service was nice as well. Outside of great wings (dry rub bbq chipoltle) their soft pretzels are a nice option.

Great service, our waitress was awesome; Delicious burgers and a wide selection of draft and import beers. I can see myself coming here more, also, bring the kids, they will love it here!

I loved the seasonal beers/​ciders on tap, and the HOT wings were pretty perfect heat-​wise. And our waitress was very accommodating of our huge party, but this isn’t the type of joint I’ll find myself pining to come back to, no matter the location.
