Golden Nail Spa

I’ve been a customer there for years but recently noticed significant decline in service quality. My pedi is now done by a new lady who does a fantastic job, but my manicure service has gotten very bad. ½ done. Dull cuticle cutter and very minimal effort cleaning nail bed. I usually get Shellac in hopes for my mani to last at least one full week but it’s not the case. While polish seems to last 2 weeks, cuticles around look terrible after 2 days! This not used to be the case. They have also completely given up on hand massage that used to be included before and seem to be in the rush no matter what day or time I’m there.
Not only I stopped tipping them, I am now looking for a different place as I’m giving up on giving them second chances.

I was not impressed with my pedicure… I walked in and was the only one and I feel as if they did a ½ a pedi didn’t take their time didn’t seem to care I will NOT be back
