There are times when you can be amazed by customer service. Today was not one of those. Starbucks and most coffee places are well known for calling your name when get a drink prepared. To begin with the cashier was absolutely nice, but the baristas not much. As I sat waiting for a drink I was left wondering if my drink had been prepared, little did I know it was sitting there. I was left to guess and wonder if it had been made. There was one cup sitting there and after staring at it while no other customers picked it up a bright idea came to mind. Maybe it was mine. Perhaps I’m not helpful, but usually have received great service.

Love the service here, everyone is always welcome. The baristas treat you like they would treat their family! Great place to come relax or to get work done as well!

I can’t believe people pay this much for this stuff. Wow.
The place is nice enough, and there is nothing wrong in the slightest; unless you do not like coffee at all. Might be a good place to meet someone in public, but really not an impressive place that you have to go to. This one is just as good as any other in this chain. Thankfully I’m not addicted to the stuff they sell.

Sometimes when you need a little power source… coffee for you, and juice for your machine!
This is a pretty popular «hang out» type Starbucks. Several students studying, 1 – 2 «financial advisors» meeting with clients, 1 – 2 people seeling the next new hot multi-​level marketing offer, and 1 – 2 business people working on their laptops.
The staff are quick and friendly, but the music is a little loud.
There is a nice outdoor patio when the weather agrees, and there’s enough stuff in this little strip mall to make the people watching excellent!

Not gonna lie, I’d much rather sit in a cushion-​y chair than one with a hard surface. Luckily, this Starbucks has an abundance of them. Oh, and it being Starbucks, everything else is awesome too.

Great coffee. Love the bar tables and lighting. I frequently visit this location at least twice a week due to telecommuting for work. The only complaint that I have (which warrants losing 1 star) is that depending on which workers are closing, you’ll notice that the temperature will drop to an unbelievable 50 – 60 degrees, and I’m NOT exaggerating. It’ll be 75 outside and an ice box once you walk through the door. I can only assume it’s because they would prefer guests to stay only briefly and then leave so that they can complete their closing procedures on time. It can be a bit unbearable (especially during Fall when it’s colder inside than out). I’ve witnessed other guests shutter and begin to sneeze after only a few minutes. I won’t name the particular workers, but it’s a a bit ridiculous.

This is the better of the Starbucks in the Grand Rapids area. I love this place. The staff are all very friendly and I appreciate that they always make my drinks how I ask for them to be made unlike another local location off the same highway. I love coming to this Starbucks!
