I hit this place for breakfast anytime I’m traveling. It makes for a quick grab before an AM flight out of GRR. They have good bagel sandwiches and sell Naked Juices, which are awesome, Green Machine baby!!!

Unfortunately, this is the only place to grab a coffee beyond security. I’m gluten-free so I pass on the bagel which seems to annoy the man behind the counter — he is rude and loud and could use some customer service training — sadly, I think he’s the franchisee. I witnessed a much older gentleman question where he could find milk for the box of cereal he wanted to purchase — Mr. Personality shouts, «in the refrigerator», like the poor man knows where that is. Rude, rude, rude. It’s a shame that this is the only option available.

This place is at lots of airports. 3.09 dollar bagels with cream cheese or 2.99 juices. You can get eggs or deli meet on your bagels. Coffee and tea available. No complaints.

I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich. The employee had it wrapped and dropped it on the floor. She then re wrapped it and put it back in the microwave. I told the lady at the counter that I didn’t want it. She apologized stating that should have never happened. They did not charge me for it.

Worst bagel ever! How does a bagel get soggy by toasting? 1 bite and straight to the trash. No, Einstein bros is WAY better.

This place seemed to be one of the better options in B1 through B16 for an early morning flight. I came here for a quick breakfast bite. My bagel egg sandwich was actually delicious. The food is prepared to order. They have bottled water and juices as well. Prompt and friendly service.

I always use this place as they have some nice beagle, coffee, juices, water, etc. It really reminds me of «einsteinbros» since the beagles can be made with turkey, swiss, etc. Overall, the place is really great and I have always enjoyed visiting it. However, recently a new guy started to work there that has zero customer services. My wife and I actually call him the«Cream Cheese Nazi.» as he reminded us of the guy from Seinfield. We were just there not too long ago and ordered a cheese beagle with turkey and cheese and apparently we did not tell the cashier that we also had cream cheese. As a result, the«Cream Cheese Nazi» guy lost his mind and started yelling at the cashier telling him that he told us and that now he needs to charge is the extra 60 cents. If you have been there you know who I am talking about :) I am not sure if this guy is the owner but he definitely needs some improvement of his people skills.

Your everyday Airport bagel/sandwich/coffee location — located in Concourse B of Gerald R. Ford International Airport. You can also get cold bottled water, sodas and such, and there is a little side bar area with four bar stools — not sure what they are serving at that counter. There is not much else in the Concourse area — so you you might be better served eating at one of the food joints in the main terminal — pre-security. Picked up some bottled water here before my flight to Chicago.
