We love Tim Horton but not this one. We had really bad service a few weeks ago but figured it could be a fluke so we went back. It was worse this time. Don’t order anything from the drive threw they never get it right. I stop for coffee 3 – 4 times a day but not here. I can’t figure out how it got so bad so fast. Then to top it all off before I could tell my wife she stop in there for a strawberry shake she ordered a medium was charged $ 4.39 for a small strawberry milk the worst shake she has ever had. I know people write bad things when there mad but we have given this place 3 tries. The last time we said something they were about to give us our food in the bag as soon as I complained she took the bag in the back and said she forgot something. We just left it there.

Decided to try out this Tim’s as I usually go to the Plainfield store. I was equally impressed. This location is designed the same but is larger because they also have a Coldstone Creamery inside. Tried the bagel BELT breakfast with coffee and substituting the Boston cream donut for the English muffin.(Can’t control my sweet tooth at times!) Very good and filling. The location has free wifi and I noticed lots of electrical plugs around as well as USB connections. Good experience. I will be back!

This is a COLDSTONE review. I went here around 8 on sunday. After a nice dinner I decided to get some ice cream at my favorite place, Cold Stone Creamery. I never stopped at this Cold Stone before. First off, it is the smallest Cold Stone I have ever been to, not many flavors to choose from. That didn’t bother me too much, but what bothered me were how incompetent the employees were. I ordered a coffee ice cream signature dessert in a waffle cone. They had to get more coffee ice cream from the back… and I guess they couldn’t find it? So that took almost 5 minutes. Then, I had to tell the employee my order once again. He was not very talented in the whole mixing process and when I went to go take my first bite, there was no waffle cone. I didn’t bother to wait another 5 minutes for him to figure out where waffle cones are kept. They must have had the ice cream stored at too cold of a temperature, because it had the consistency of bread crumbs. MORALOFTHESTORY, down the road 2 miles, there is a VERY nice cold stone in with Celebration Cinemas, go there instead!
