I really want to give this location a five star, but they are unwilling to accept coupons on your phone that they send to your email. My regular locAtion does.
Besides that, I really like Biggby and will probably back to this location when the need for a quick caffeine fix hits me.

This place is fantastic. I’ve never been to Biggby before and I mist say that I am very impressed. The staff was very patient with me as I attempted to figure out what I wanted. I’m pretty sure I even provided them some entertainment during the ordering process. The atmosphere is relaxing and the place is very clean. The corner by the counter as 4 lounge chairs which was perfect for our two hour conversations.

Looking for something off the beaten path of Starbucks? Then you must try Biggby! The drink selection and recommendations the baristas offer are amazing.
Want to really add a little surprise to your taste buds? Try the Bear Cub latte! White chocolate, hazelnut, AND carmel make for a delicious treat! It’s sweet, salty, and not too assuming. This Unilocaler recommends.
So be sure to stop by this, or any Biggby, for something a little different with a fun twist. Be sure to ask for recommendations from your barista!

I appreciate that this location does not always make you print the coupon like the W River location does!
I got a pomegranate oolong tea latte, got to work and it tasted like hot water. I brought it back & asked them for a new one and I kind of felt like the girl at the counter acted like I was lying. Yes, I let a perfectly good latte go cold just to make them re-​do it. This happened at another location once & they were much friendlier about it & even gave me the next size up & apologized. The Plainfield location made me feel bad for wanting my $ 5 drink to taste good. Whatever. I paid for it, they can fix it!

I’ve been going to this Biggby Coffee for years. It is one of the more spacious Biggby’s in the area, which allows me to find a good spot to work while I’m there. I usually go to this Biggby’s when I’m getting my oil changed at the Firestone location down the road. I’ve always received great service and the coffee is great.
