Chad, the service manager, and his team took great care of the two automobiles we left in their trust for detailing. Not only were they returned as promised in a timely fashion, communication was spot on. I would definitely return business here!

I would give 0 STARS if I could. Do not go here if you want an honest mechanic! BUYER BEWARE! My wife went there for an alignment; they told her she couldn’t leave bc her car was so bad and charged her $ 700! 2 days later, a popping noise started, took it back, and they said we needed another $ 600 of work. I took it to Cascade Auto and all they had to do was tighten a nut! NEVER NEVER NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! Just look at the reviews; says it all. These guys shouldn’t even be in business! 0 STARS!

Paid $ 170 and waited 3 hours for them to change a gas cap. What a waste of my time and money. Couldn’t be bothered to check in on me or my car. Had to go get them to work on it and return it to me. Very unprofessional. I selected them because they service my make and model but didn’t get me a thing. I would recommend staying away from this place.

It is businesses like this that create annoying radio ads. You are not an actor and your voice/​accent is obnoxious. Stop making your own radio ads and make them professional. This would be the last place I would shop because of your awful ads.

Just got a phone call from this place soliciting me to buy a new or used car from them if I was «in the market». WHAT??? Beware of this place if they are that desperate for customers they have a girl calling random people…

Can I give this place 0 stars… I have never been treated so rudely. I believe the «salesman» was named Bob (older balding tall with glasses). We were looking at a Chrysler 300 and inquired about the price and mentioned what we had found at another dealership price wise. He came back from «looking» for the price and claimed we had a small window to get tye car for a better price. I informed him we werent ready to make a purchase yet and we were gathering information. He couldn’t believe we didn’t jump on this offer and shook his head and blatantly snickered at us insinuating that we were stupid for not taking this price. I will never EVER purchase even a valve cap from this place.

Been going there for service of every kind with a string of Chryslers. If ever a problem, it was fixed without hassle, but very few problems.
There today at 2:00 for oil change and tire rotation. In and out in less than an hour for a great price. Very friendly people and comfortable waiting area.
