Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to they’ve also messed up our drinks a few times and I’ve had to stop at a different Starbucks to have them corrected on more than one occasion. Drive 5 more minutes down Douglas and save yourself some time.

Worst service ever! How they can only schedule 2 people in the morning between 6 – 9 seem crazy and if there is a third person working she completely ignores the line in order to stock the retail shelves?!?
Go into Raleys and get Peets instead!

I can only give a 2 star rating because the staff is friendly. I just called and sold all of my SUBX stock. Why? Well, I have had terrible experiences at several SB locations and frankly don’t get it. I guess that Howard really doesn’t give a single (you know what) about its long term customers. Personally, I will never again spend a penny at a SB location.
So, I walked in and asked for a pumpkin scone. I’m told that they are out of season! What? It’s not even Thanksgiving yet. I don’t believe that SB really focuses on what their customers want but rather dictate what they want to sell.
This is not the first time I have had an experience like this. I wonder if anybody at SB even listens? I used to spend about $ 7 a day at SB. That’s $ 140 per month that will no longer go to their gross sales. Yep, Howard just doesn’t care as he continues with the cult following. So, if you are reading this know that their only motivation is to put $ to their bottom line.

I go into this Starbucks a lot and I have to agree with Nancy and other positive reviewers. I’ve been served by Scotty a few times and he always has a smile and a friendly personality. I like how the other guy Jake is always welcoming and has creative drink suggestions because I’m always looking for a new drink to try! The store seems to be well stocked (I’ve noticed a few stores that didn’t have what I was looking for) and it always seems to have a fast moving line. Coming to this Starbucks on my way to work is my treat for the day! Kudos to the manager for a great team :)

Three stars for service. Always good service here. However, each time I try to redeem my birthday reward, I always seem to get told it’s expired or redeemed. But they are nice enough to give me my drink anyways. I tried the strawberry smoothie for the first time here (normally $ 5.95) for a grande size. It was honestly mediocre at best. I would definitely not pay full price for this. You’re better off with a venti latte with the works for that price. It tasted OK and separated quickly. For $ 6, I expect that drink to be amazing. Not sure if it was the way it was made at this location, but I was definitely NOT impressed.

I go to this Starbucks every Morning. I love this place & they are fast. I also love that they let me have it MY WAY LOL LOL

This is a quiet location, no line, and a well stocked pastry section.
They have a good house blend, and I love my Trenta Iced Passion Tea with Sweetener.
I also like their seating area, and they seem to know the locals and frequent customers.
Keep up the good work!
Oh and this is also the best place to grab something warm or cool and refreshing before you head north on Folsom-​Auburn.
After this there isn’t a lot to choose from for a while.

Compared to other Starbucks this is the lowest. Garbage is always full and smells. Need more employees

Jeff accepted my temporary partner card and gave me my discount. They were friendly and made my drink fast. They seemed so relaxed and happy. I will come here again next year.

3 years later — still a big fan and somewhere along the way they started offering free wifi.

Feel so welcome here. The staff is very friendly and though I don’t order the same drink everyday they always remember my short list of go to drinks to ask which one I am in the mood for.

They Make the Best Fappacino…

This Starbucks has lots of seating both inside and out. There is a great patio area in back of the store, too. The Baristas are always friendly here and fill your order quickly. I don’t think I have ever waited for my drink!

Everyone at this Starbucks is authentically friendly that it makes every visit, even when I’m dreadfully tired, a welcoming experience. They are also very fast, even when busy, and on and on the ball with every order.

Great friendly customer service.

Friendly staff. The coffee comes up fairly quick. There wasn’t a big selection of food/​snacks, but I was really in it for the latte. No drive thru.
