I have not used this business for bugs or pests; however, my brother and I were driving through Grants Pass on our way to the Redwoods. My brother (from out of state) inadvertently cut off a man driving in a Bug Guy pickup. The driver with a crazed look pulled along side twice, screaming and flipping us off both times. I would say at the very least he had a bad day or worst case scenario, he has a huge anger management problem.
