I had the tri tip sandwich with baked beans and Cole slaw. I thought the sandwich and cole slaw were great. The beans seemed like they came straight out of a can. I will try this place again. I would recommend to friends

A pleasant little establishment preparing/serving BBQ and deli sandwiches. It is run by a young couple and named after their son. I saw prices on the menu ranging from $ 3 to $ 9 with most of the sandwiches selling in the $ 7-$ 8 range. Soft drinks only. Seating is limited with a table for two and a second with seating for three. Much of their business appears to be take out. I had a BBQed brisket sandwich that was delicious! Served on a large hamburger style bun with a «leatherier» than normal crust, it was a perfect match. Condiments optionally included apple-slaw and BBQ sauce, and a small container of baked beans accompanied the sandwich. Yes, I do recommend this place if you are in or near Grants Pass

First let’s start with the good. The service is the best I have seen in a long time. The owners wife was so nice and did everything to help me out. The bad was the pastrami sandwich that I had. It had no pastrami taste. It tasted like smoked brisket. Everything else on the sandwich tasted great. It was the first time I have been there. So I can’t comment on the rest of the food. But, because of the great service I will go back and try some of their other sandwiches.
