Had SUCH a GREAT experience that I had to write this! Subway is always pretty consistent as far as food goes… but it’s the staff that forced this review. The gentleman that served us was so awesome! (He may have been the manager) He really brightened up our stop on this otherwise numbing drive home. I am so glad that we stopped!

How can you expect 1 person to wait on 13 customers. It’s so sad that you cut personal to such a low amount. Obviously customers aren’t a priority. Oh 4 people walked out. Of course they did. Shame on the company and management.

One person can make a difference.
I had a great experience here. Mark, the sandwich guy, is the one who made the difference.
He greeted me warmly as I entered even when he was serving another customer. When he was making my sandwich, he said goodbye to another customer family who was leaving.
He made great recommendations for sauces and options to my sandwich which made a regular subway tasted better.
He was positive, cheerful, courteous, and very efficient. I wish all subway employees are like him.
Ps. The bathroom, although small, was very clean.

ho hum… ho hum… Another Subway… This one set itself apart from some of the others for the lack of cleanliness. I was pretty surprised at seeing floors that were not swept at 3 in the afternoon, with very few customers. The bathrooms were cold and not clean either…
While making my usual sandwich they really loaded it up, clearly a new person or someone who does not believe in following the protocol. I was happy with the sandwich but decided to take it to go after seeing the lobby.

Seriously! Learn how to make a sandwich!!! Your job is not that hard I have worked there before! When I ask for spinach on my sandwich I want it on my entire sandwich not three leaves on one side and learn the portions you are supposed to give I know you have a sheet that shows you, you should read it! Also my three year old could wrap a sandwich better… This was pathetic.

5 dolla footlongs all day long! Maybe these guys read previous reviews and shaped up because I’m not getting any of my veggies skimped on. I always order all veggies possible and they load my sammich up – no counting of spinach leaves here. Ordering is always really fast and efficient during lunch, too. GP does Subway right.

I love subway, just not this one they sucked. The lady helping me was nice that’s why they are getting 3 stars instead of 2.
But as my sandwhich was being made I asked for more spinach and was told that I couldn’t have more spinach that the little amount she gave me was to mmuch its supposed to be 6 pieces, that is subway guideline but subway also states thr CUSTOMER can have more if they like, I have talked to subway people from California to Idaho because my job takes me all over the northwest.
I also asked for southwest chipotle and buffalo sauce and got tiny squirts of those so that later when I bit into my sandwhich it was dry as a bone. I really don’t know if I will be back to this subway, maybe I’l go to a different one or try a different sub shop all together.
