I’m getting tired of them charging me for stuff and then forgetting it.
The last time I had to go back in the restaurant to get something they forgot, (sour cream), I mentioned that they had charged me for it but not given it to me. They said «Sour cream is always free.» However, they still continue to charge me $.30 for it every time I order.
This time, the chili was only about ¾ full, even with cheese and onions added AND they forgot my sour cream again.

My first stop here. Service was superior. There was an error with my order, and manager was on top of it before it and corrected it so fast I would not have known unless I was standing at the counter directing workers to make it right. Then they dropped it and had to make it all over. The manager we so apologetic and made sure I was kept informed of what took so long.

Haven’t had Wendy’s in a while stopped here on my way to California, tried the new natural cut fries and all I can say is I’ll be craving these for a long time. They taste so fresh! Fast service for lunch hour!
