I cannot believe that a store that is made for convenience does not open until 8AM. People use a store like CVS to run in and grab something before work, like myself, I need a birthday card but waiting on CVS to open will make me late. If people had time, they would go to a regular store so a smaller store should be more convenient! That’s what you’re for! I have sat here in my car and watched three people walk to your door and finding you closed, they left, they didn’t want to wait the ten minutes until you opened probably because they had to get to school or work! You should open at 7 and be here for us for the reason there are stores like this so we can get that last minute item we had to have. Tsk tsk tsk

I’m new to the area and all prescriptions are in OK. My dr in OK sent a new prescription down here. For a call within 30 minutes that it was ready. Fast, friendly, and reliable!

This is my usual pharmacy, they are not great, there Kodak kiosk is always broken. I recently had issues with their pharmacy and the one off of Ira E. Woods. This is the review I just posted for Ira that involves an issue with this CVS location as well: I have issues getting my medication EVERYTIME. I only have to get one medication here bc out of 6 others in the area around me, this being 9.4 miles from my house and 18 miles from my school. No CVS in the area I travel will give it to me. I have already told this CVS it’s difficult to get this one prescription here and wait an HOUR every time. Then I was told if I had it early, the one I normally go to will be able to order it. I did so on the 17th. This was the CVS off of Hall-Johnson. I was told there that it should be there by mid next week and that I could get the 90 day supply. I called Wednesday, the day before thanksgiving to see if I could pick it up. Then I was told it wasn’t there and maybe at the end of this week(5th). I then had to call this one on that Wednesday and make arrangements bc I run out of my medication on Tuesday… tomorrow. They said they had the stock then but I couldn’t have it filled until today, the 1st. I had to check again on Friday and Sunday to make sure they still had the amount needed bc I was told they couldn’t hold the amount. Sunday I was told a note could be put in the computer to hold that amount for today. I asked if it was going to take an hour again and that I’ve tried to get this sorted since the 17th. I was put on hold and then told that they could work with me(since I either have to walk around the store or sit in my car for an hour) that they could do it in maybe 30 minutes for me and a note would be put in the computer. Great. Today only the amount held was confirmed but now I have been told that in fact my insurance will not cover a 90 supply unless mail ordered. Not sure why that wasn’t done when I was at Hall-Johnson and was told it was going to be ordered. I had to get a 30 day supply only which is another pain in my ass bc the Drs office, which again cannot find a closer one, is just a bit further into Colleyville than this CVS. It takes me a good 45 minutes from school to get to this area with normal traffic. Now I have to see if I can get more scripts from the Drs office so that I don’t have to go to them once a month. The 90 day supply was supposed to help solve that but CVS was incompetent at TWO locations. It took an hour and all they could do was say they were sorry and didn’t know what happened. I even asked what I could do differently so that this never happens again and there was no answer. So the moral of the story is that no matter what you do, even if all correct, CVSWILLSCREWUPNOMATTERWHAT. Hoping I can switch to another business. I will not have my medication screwed up again by a CVS. The first time sent me to the ER and the second time cost me two days of work and health issues. INCOMPETENTEVERYWHERE!

I had never been to the store and I found it on Unilocal.I had run out of a prescription and was not due to get more in the mail for a few days. This CVS sits on a quiet corner in a remarkably busy area. I was greeted by the manager when I walked in the door. There were not very many customers on a Saturday morning and I walked straight back to the pharmacy where they had three people on duty. I was then greeted by the pharmacist, Dr. Patel, and I told him I was out of my prescription but was in their system and needed a few days supply. He took my empty prescription bottle and went around the corner and came back with seven days supply, shook my hand and said, «Take this no cost. We just want your business.» On my way out the store manager urged me to come back soon. I will.
