Wendy’s

Wendy’s corporate shut this POS down its a god awful junkyard. Open late? Haha by open late you mean not open as late as sonic across the street? Or Tom Thumb? I’m confused what the open late means at this Wendy’s? Don’t mean to be harsh but that’s what this «establishment» deserves I’ve never had a half decent second spent in or around this place. Where’s the open late sign now? Take it down when you close early?

Wow, I’ve never been so dissatisfied with a Wendy’s location until now. First I went into the restroom to wash my hands when one of the employees started to pound on the door, once she realized it was a customer she finally stopped and apologized. I let that one go, although I felt that was very unprofessional. Next when my boyfriend and I ordered our food at the front register the employee took our order as if they were about to close. She seemed annoyed, but it was only 8:30 pm, she said they closed at 11pm and that they didn’t have many customers come by that particular location. Although this location doesn’t receive many customers, thats not an excuse for rude service. Lastly, the food was horrible. The lettuce in the side salad was browning and the chili was more watered down and colder than other Wendy’s locations.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming to this location, however if they improved on their customer service and food preparation techniques maybe they would have more returning customers.

One of the many fast food options near my place of work. Usually kept up really well, and the staff seems really nice. I’ve been really sad that they switched to sea salt fries … I used to love their fries but now I usually skip the fries. Not the locations fault but corporate.

Upon return to this franchise, I got an order of fries that appeared to have been cooked too long and then set out for too long. They were not crispy with a soft middle. Also, they were out of tea and could not get around to refilling it until I was ready to leave. Other than that, it is still a pretty good Wendy’s.
