Beautiful Nails & Spa

Did not like this place at all, owner is friendly but the guy that did my mani/​pedi (simple just cut and file male mani/​pedi) was not very good, his massage was awful too

Zero Stars. I went to get a shellac mani and pedi and had Kim help me. The staff was friendly, but the service was horrible. My pedicure was a good ten minutes in cold water with one technician. I guess my feet were already perfect going in. LOL. They had two people working on me and so I had to lean forward in the chair as I was getting my nails done and hold my arms up. I told them to take their time, but Kim said she preferred standing. You are suppose to be comfortable, but instead I’m leaning over in an awkward position and my back hurts now. When the manicure was done, I told Kim that there were bubbles/​knots in my nails (3 of them) and asked if she could fix it. She said, «Baby it ok…» several times and walked me out the door. The other two nails technicians just talked to her in their language and didn’t try to help as she kept repeating that my nails were OK.

I used to go here and was very happy, but drama has recently set in. Arguing techs and new management has made my favorite tech leave. I’m not happy now and will never enter this salon again!!!

Wish I could give them zero stars. Went in to get shellac removed off my nails, took less than 10 minutes and they charged me $ 10 (they only charge $ 18 for a full shellac manicure), wish I had a job where I could be rude to people and make $ 1 a minute. DO NOT GO HERE

Great experience and results everytime! Awesome Tuesday specials $ 15 pedicure and $ 18 shellac mani… everyone is always very friendly and it is a clean salon. I am such a brat about nail salons and cleanliness and I am very happy everytime I come in!

No stars if I could. The «spa pedicure» was nothing but put your feet in water. They spent 1 minute not even massaging. Really just running their hands up and down. Very awkward. And they barely understood what we asked them. Really bad experience. Won’t be going back.
