This place was GREAT! We visited when staying for one night in Irving before an early flight out. We love to support local craft breweries, and this place as as good as it gets! Great and knowledgeable staff who talked to us at length about their beers, their process, their history, etc. The venue itself is really welcoming with tons of comfy outdoor seating and a nice two-story inside. Lots of games available and you can order food from local places that deliver. Their beers were all fantastic — especially the double IPA! Thanks for such a great experience for some Pittsburghers who are used to a bustling craft beer scene! Would call this a MUSTDO when in the Dallas area!

Very nice place to enjoy a craft beer and enjoy the patio. We went on a Saturday and they had a taco vendor there(food was ok) and a full crowd including many families with young children who played in the patio area. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

Awesome atmosphere! Live music, food truck and board games. However the first bartender was not helpful. When asked what he recommended, his response was«I don’t have the same beer taste as you.»

Top notch in every way! So great to have a brewery locally that is open so often! No waiting for a 3 hour window on a Saturday to enjoy their beer. Great atmosphere and excellent beer.

Yummy beer. Atmosphere is perfect for afternoon nip or evening fiesta. Nightly food truck stops by. Different every night. Have I mentioned the beer… Friendly bartender and the beer…

Fun side trip while in Grapevine. I didn’t take the tour but was able to while away a few hours with a delicious ‘Saison’ something while we were all waiting for the rain to stop and the Board(bored) of Director’s meeting to be finished back at the hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. This place is one of the only reasons I would ever go back to Grapevine, TX.

This is quite a place. Don’t wear a BL t-shirt like I did, even if it was a joke. Cater to the fans of good beer. To each his own.

Great local place for people watching, relaxing, picnic and just enjoying the great weather. Upscale, no bikers. Family place. Bring your kids & dogs! Both will love it here. Very clean fun, relaxing place!

Maybe it’s bc I’m a girly beer drinker or I love rahr, but I wasn’t impressed. All the beers were way too strong for my sissy taste. And the bartender wasn’t helpful. I would be will to give them another try. The patio is really pretty.

Lots of space and different size tables to accommodate many types of groups. Flights available for those who just can’t decide. The single drafts are $ 7, which is a little pricey compared to most tap rooms and breweries we’ve been to. I like the atmosphere and playlist. The beers are good, but I prefer some of the other locals. I’d come back if the weather was nice and it was not busy to be able to let our kids play in the very nice beer garden. Definitely worth a try if you haven’t been !

Ony tried 2 of their beers here. The rye pale was decent but I did not like the IPA. It seemed too strong on the bitter hops. The indoor area is nice with tv’s and upstairs seating. They have a lovely patio with lots of seating and a barstool area that bellies right up to the serving window. There was a food truck outside but it was not open yet when we visited. The bar staff were nice and friendly. Did not see food inside other than some bar snacks. Would come back again to try the other beers.

Finally had some free time to check out Grapevine’s very own craft brewery and it was well worth it. I didn’t get a chance to tour the brewery but that is ok because I got to drink beer made on the premises which was fantastic! The courtyard was very open and well landscaped. The live music was pretty cool too. I also like the fact that there was a good truck outside that you could buy some bbq grub. As for the pub itself it’s pretty neat. You walk in and it’s right inside the brewery itself. So you get to see the huge tanks that ferment and make delicious, yummy beer. What did learn is that the only alcohol they serve here is their own beer. They do not serve wine here, which to me in Grapevine is very refreshing done there are like 10 winery’s a short walk away to Main Street. The bartenders here are very nice as well. They can tell you proudly about all the awards and the distinct flavor that each beer has. It’s a great way to spend your evening, drinking and learning about beer. If you like local brew, a great atmosphere, knowledgeable bartenders and a nice scene, then Grapevine craft brewery is the place for you!

I had seen GCB cans all over my local Kroger’s and HEB’s in Houston. Finally, during my visit to DFW, I was able to stop by. I love the brewery’s proximity to central Grapevine. It’s just around the corner from Main St., making it the perfect place to cool down after some shopping. The brewery itself is kind of small and parking can be a hassle, but the experience was great. Two stories with seating downstairs, upstairs and outside. The brewery-exclusive beers were delicious. And I’ll definitely be purchasing the ones I find back in Houston. Be sure to check in for 20% off your tab. Although you won’t really need it; prices are excellent.

Finally a craft-brewery a la Portland or Seattle. Small little joint with upstairs and downstairs seating overlooking the beer-brewing vats, or an excellent outdoor courtyard to enjoy your brew. They have(outside company) food trucks on premises most nights if you’re hungry, but we usually get a pint or two and then pleasantly stumble home(walking home of course). The Night’s Watch and Sir Williams are pretty tasty darker beers – worth a stop for sure.

This place has a wonderful set up. There’s lots of seating outside, heat lamps for when it’s chilly, and 2 stories of places to sit. There are board games to take and play at your table. It has a nice feel. They also had a food truck there when I went, and that’s always nice to see. Everyone who worked here was very friendly also. They explained some of the beers to me, and seemed to enjoy being there. The only thing I didn’t enjoy that much was the actual beer, unfortunately. I had 2 flights and tasted some friends’ beer, so I think I tried almost all of the beers there. The one I enjoyed the most was Sir Williams. Everything was good, but I wasn’t impressed by anyone of the drinks to return. Maybe just not my taste, but try it because it has a great setup and several drinks to choose from.

I would really love to give this place 5 stars, but I just can’t. The building is really cool and they have a really large patio with lots of tables and heaters. They also have indoor seating and second floor indoor seating. The bar is an open area so you have the same bartenders whether you are inside or out. They have board games which is nice. The patio really is nice and a great place to sit and relax. They even have food trucks in case you get hungry. Now for the not so great. The staff is really not that friendly. I stood at the bar for a good two minutes before the staff even acknowledged I was there. He was just washing glasses right in front of me and didn’t say anything to me. They didn’t seem real interested in talking to me, just getting my order and getting rid of me. The worst part is that I didn’t find any of their beers that great. We tried two flights so we had pretty much every beer, and they were all just ok. I love stouts and they had a few to try which I was excited about. None of them were that good and made me want to order a full beer. None were terrible, but none great. Overall, it was a nice place to go and try, but I would rather stick with some other craft breweries in the area.

Update: I was pleased to get a positive response from the brewery regarding my issues therefore I have changed my review to a full two stars pending a future visit. Ugh, I want to like this place but other than the cool location it just isn’t special. My breaking point happened when they tried to pass off a cask beer as a special brew on draft!!! Anyone who knows craft beer knows a cask isn’t meant to be put on draft… And when they couldn’t figure out why the lines kept getting clogged it just blew my mind! These people can’t even have a conversation about craft beer… I’m pretty sure they think they’re the only craft brewer on the planet!

Very cool space with some seriously delicious beer. My wife and I stopped in the night before our flight out of Dallas. We were not disappointed. The Winter Warmer was spiced, delicious and perfectly boozy. Unfortunately we had to go to bed early to catch our flight the next morning but we will definitely be visiting this place again when we are in the area next!
