Lodge Wood Fired Grill

Solid menu with really tasty food. I loved it. Took 6, which included 3 kids, they seated us quickly, and we all found more than enough to order that we really liked. I got the lobster bisque and quesadilla. Tasty. They even topped it with fried jalapeño which was awesome. The waiter got off to a slightly slow start b/​c I’m not sure he knew we sat down, but great service after the initial lull. Also, one of the kids has a melon allergy and I wasn’t aware that those are served with all the kids meals (cantaloupe & honeydew)…the waiter was extremely understanding and accommodating when I brought it up as we were being served and they remade the entire dinner just to be safe. I very much appreciated that. Will definitely be back.

Four stars bc they were convenient! Food was ok… chicken panini was flavorful and burger was ok. Kids meals were also as expected. Celebrated my son’s birthday with 8 little shooter desserts which was nice! Cheap bottle of wine which was needed after a day at the water park! We’d come again if/​when we stay at Great Wolf Lodge!

We were the only people in the restaurant in the middle of the day. I tried to order a margarita, but none of the servers knew how to make it, so I resorted to a draft beer instead. I ordered 2 side items, and no entrée. Yet, somehow, my food came out cold, and did not really have any taste to it. The prices aren’t bad, but the staff and the food were both horrible.

On the pricey sude, but very convenient. Food and service were good, no complaints. Might be a wait.

So far, took 20 minutes for them to take our drink order. Wish I could say the place looks understaffed but there are four tables occupied and 3 waiters with 1 bartender. Ordered a beer on draft that came in a mason jar. Slightly warm, not cold as advertised. Hopefully, this place can redeem itself. Check back soon.
Okay, verdict is in. Server got better except water refills didn’t come (but my beer was replenished right when I needed it). Food came out on time so a B for the service. Great advice on my meal.
The food quality is a C– at best. Chicken strips were not great. Burger seemed normal for the price. The only saving grace was my poblano chicken panini which tasted great. The chicken in it was dry but the spice, mayo and abundance of cheese made up for it. I feel sorry for you if you don’t like cheese. However, huge negatory is the crispy chicken sandwich. The description made it seem like it was a gourmet patty. When my wife received her sandwich, it was basically a hot mess of chicken strips on a stack of extremely dry lettuce. You can replace the word «stack» with «pitch fork load». Overall, not worth the price.

My filet was overpriced at $ 28 for a 7oz. Your steak comes with grilled veggies which consisted of hard carrots and asparagus.

Enjoyed our 1^st time at The Great Wolf lodge and I decided to try due to the convenience. Lunch time worked out perfectly and they do offer a happy hour when I was there between the hours of 4 – 6. Dinner time was a different story our food was cold. I didn’t complain until it was time to leave. If you like your food hot make sure to let know in advance I think they keep it out. After I mentioned it to our server he did give us a discount which was nice but not what I was trying to do. You can tell that the food, atmosphere and presentation took a lot of thought they just need to follow through.

The food is serviceable (comparable to Chili’s) and the service is inexperienced but reasonably competent. The atmosphere is virtually non-​existent — just a thin veneer over an otherwise highly institutional facility. But if you at Great Wolf Lodge, you are already used to that.
Despite what another reviewer has said, prices are not outrageous. They range from 0−20% more than you would pay at a similar restaurant outside the resort. (Beer and wine prices are virtually the same as what you would pay elsewhere.)
If you don’t want to drive to get dinner, this is an acceptable place to eat.

The atmosphere was nice, and the service was good. The lodge burger was good, but it could have been great if the meat was bigger and cooked less.

Terrible service and even worse food. Over priced and obviously needs management to control the very young servers that are clearly very lost and seeking direction.

Terrible. This place should be used to train aspiring restaurant owners on how not to run an establishment. We were seated and after 20 minutes had to go looking for service. No one seemed to think our table was part of their service zone. The food was sub par for expensive prices. I ordered a salad that comes as both a meal and a side. The «waiter» brought me the salad as a side for my meal, even though I hadn’t ordered anything else. In short, the staff was inept, quality was poor and service execution was too clumsy to be effective.
