Great time great food. Taylor(grapevine tx) helped us out and made our experience today at plunkers a great one on Father’s Day. We loved the service. Thanks Taylor.

I really enjoy their wings here, they are usually very and nice too. Also they have great appetizers and sweet tea. Also if you sing up for their rewards program you will definitely get way more out of it then you pay for it.

Food is always amazing, but the service at this location has drastically changed for the worse in the last 2 years. Its like they don’t want you to stay, they find ways of keeping you from sitting down«Shift change» or «That section is closed». Its one thing if they were slammed, but this was at slow times. They have an amazing patio bar, but don’t want people there because its more work. The last few visits the servers did not know the menu or drinks very well. It took 15 minutes to get a cold beer. I love the food too much to go somewhere else, but its very tempting to find another spot because of the horrible service.

Sat at one of the high tops by the bar. 2 servers walked past us. Still not greeted, waited about 15 minutes and we left. Got better service down the road at bww

I love the wings here so much that I became a Plucker’s Club member, but don’t ever expect the Manager to help out if there’s ever a situation. She’s the most rude, incompetent person I’ve ever dealt with as a Manager. I was shocked when I realized she was the one to go to if there’s an issue. If Plucker’s really cares about their reputation, they might address this. Other than that, the wings rock!

The wings here are so huge and juicy! I can usually only eat 5! And I’m use to eating a dozen at BWW. The have lots of tv screens to watch all the sports! The Thunder was on and it was super packed but our server was so attentive to us and the food came out really fast. I felt bad because I couldn’t hear anything when she was taking our order due to the game being on, she wasn’t annoyed that she has to repeat what she was saying to me. I wish I remembered her name but she’s the best wait staff I’ve had taking care of us. I ended up ordering another order of the gold rush wings to myself. Oooopps!

I usually have nothing bad to say about pluckers, but today. Lunch was not good today the wings were awful, they were over cooked and dry! Service wasn’t great either, took around 15 mins to get our drinks from the bar.

I came here after work one day and sat at one of the tables by the bar. I honestly really do not like wings and so I wasn’t expecting to get anything real good. I ordered a large beer and had about 3 shots, the waiter was awesome! I ordered the philly cheese steak(without cheese) and some home made chips. My sandwich came out first and then came out a big 50 wing platter with two orders of waffle fries(one with ranch seasoning). It could have been the alcohol talking or maybe the food was just that good but I was a happy happy camper. The meat was all cooked and seasoned well, the chips were amazing and perfectly seasoned. The fries were all crispy and they didn’t mess up our order. I always refused to come here but now I think I’ll give it a chance

I went on May 3rd for the first time and ordered the Garlic Parmesan chicken wings, Mac N’ Cheese, and the fried pickles. Although I enjoyed the fried pickles and the cheesy Macaroni, I was greatly disappointed with how the wings were cooked. Have you ever had chicken that was so dry that you thought it would scrape your throat and cause a fire? Lol. That is what I have experience. I felt that the seasoning was just sitting on top of the chicken yet when you bite into it, the meat was extremely dry. No, thanks. :(When I dipped the wings into ranch, it became a moisturizer for the chicken. Daaanng! The wings reminded me of Wingstop’s version of the Garlic Parmesan… it is dry. I will stick with Bombshell off if I-35 and TGI Fridays when it comes to eating Garlic Parmesan wings as the meat is so moist(without adding anything) when you bite into them.

First timers from California trying something new for my husbands birthday and it didnt disappoint. We had the greatest server which made the experience that much better. The fried pickles were outstanding and the fried oreo dessert were on point! We will definitely come back!

«We don’t have any booths available…» Clearly the two empty ones I am staring at aren’t open for use. «Are you sure you want to wait for a booth?» … I should’ve rethought that…

I was extremely pleased with how my experience was handled by management. I still run into the occasional slip — the bartender makes the wrong drink, etc. — but I’m back in the fold!

I am pretty shocked to see that Pluckers has 3.5 stars! I have been here multiple times and have had nothing short of a 4 star experience. Pluckers is a great place to go to on game days. They have plenty of TVs so no matter where you’re sitting, you’ll get a good angle at the TV. They even have TVs in the bathroom mirror just in case you need to empty your tank when the game is on the line. Pluckers isn’t only for game days though. I actually go to Pluckers more often for lunch than I do for an occasion. They have quality food! As far as appetizers go, I’ve only had the fried pickles, but they are delicious! Even when I’m the only one in the group that likes fried pickles, I order them and eat them all by myself. The wings are also really good. They have both boneless and bone-in wings. The boneless wings are HUGE! They’re large chicken tender sized pieces of chicken so odds are you won’t be needing more than 3. As for the wing flavors, they provide a good combination of classic and unique flavors. My personal favorites are the spicy ranch, the goldrush, and the baker’s gold. Some of them are too spicy for me to handle, but I get them anyways because they’re delicious! Overall, I’ve had great experiences at Pluckers whether I order for pick up or dine in.

Plucker’s is one of my favorite things to do when visiting in Texas several times a year. Unfortunately this Grapevine location persists to be the WORST experience imaginable. I don’t know if it’s management or what, but it feels like everyone moves at half the speed of normal people and as if they’re all stoned out of their minds. The service is incredibly slow. The wait is always long because the servers and cooks are slow, so orders build up, even when it’s not busy. The employees could care less about you and you sometimes have to remind the bartender or server what items you didn’t get yet. Honestly, Any wing place is better than this Plucker’s location. You guys need to fix this disaster operation ASAP. It is not new news either, it’s been this way for the 3 years I’ve come here a few times a year. So frustrating because I LOVEPLUCKER’S, but hate This Grapevine restaurant. UPDATE: 2 Days later I got a call from the GM apologizing and he was to send me out a few gift carda. UPDATE 28 Days later, no mail. What a joke. It appears this store’s problems stem from poor management. FAIL. Reduced from 2 stars down to 1.

Another great experience at Pluckers! Tried the chips and queso. Excellent! Spicy Ranch dry rub was very good and of course the waffle fries were on point! Jen was very nice and quick with the food and refills. Very nice job!

We like football, we like wings, we like date night. So yeah, this place fits the bill. I’d suggest ordering the regular, bone-in wings over boneless, however. I’m usually a boneless kinda gal but I’ve been disappointed with their boneless wings more than once(lesson learned). The seasonings/rubs/sauces here are ~amazing~ Lovelovelove. I recommend lemon pepper and spicy-garlic-parmesean. Waffle fries are amazing too. Oh! and pink lemonade. Yum. Plenty of TVs all over the place to watch the game… whatever game that may be for you(several different sports playing all over the place). Probably not a great idea to come here on a night when a «major» Dallas team is playing, though, unless you come in hours before it starts(gets packed quick)

I love Pluckers! Yes, I’m a vegetarian, but that doesn’t stop me from introducing it to everyone who has never encountered it. I’m a Pluckers Club card carrying member. This entitles you to $ 15 of free food on your birthday. And your partner/spouse’s birthday. And if you have spawn, even they get free meals on their birthdays! This also entitles you to 10% back on your food purchases which accumulate to points which you can use towards future noms. ALSO, they usually have the Pluckers Club special which is every few weeks. This means you get a free appetizer or dessert(sometimes it’s a free half-order) when you purchase TWOENTREES. The Pluckers Club pays for itself. It’s $ 20 and sometimes they have a deal when it’s only $ 10. It’s not an annual fee, it’s a one-time fee. I’m very selective about joining clubs and paying membership fees but this one is WORTHIT. Pluckers is known for their wings. They’re a wing bar. My pre-vegetarian ritual would be a sweet tea, no lemon. 10 wing combo, ALLFLAPPERS. 5 lemon pepper and 5 medium, on occasion spicy lemon pepper because it’s the best of both worlds. And a side of waffle fries. They have a variety of wing flavors from sweet to hot: lemon pepper, spicy ranch, parmesan, sesame, cajun, etc. Eat 25 ‘Fire in the Hole’ and you can be added to their Wall of Flame. They also offer burgers, sandwiches and a variety of salads and many different appetizers. My personal favorite is the Holy Mac, it comes with a strawberry chutney. You may not know what that is and it doesn’t matter, just try it! The fried pickles are also good, CAUTION: THEYCOMEOUTSUPERFRESHANDHOT. The homemade chips are good. The mac and cheese is good. Everything is good. They serve dessert: fried oreos, brownie topped with ice cream and my personal favorite, FRIEDTWINKIES. For vegetarians, you can ask for a salad without the meats. If you don’t eat eggs, like myself, you may need to remind them that you do not want the egg on there. They also have a tasty grilled cheese sandwich and they recently started serving up a vegetarian sandwich. It’s a hoagie filled with sauteed veggies. I recommend you ask for your bread to be toasted –as to avoid any soggy-ness that may occur! Overall, Pluckers rocks! Their Pluckers Club rocks! This place is good for night out to get some drinks or if you want a cool spot to enjoy the game. It’s great for groups. It’s great for dessert. It’s just great! Don’t be afraid to branch out from your usual wing spot, you’ll be surprised! :)

Gave better review since 2 kids eat free on Tuesday. Not includes drinks. As for the food, we got wings: lemon pepper, parmesan, and gold rush. The wings were not as crispy as wingstop. Also got the brownie ala mode. Extra scoop of vanilla. Might as well go all the way! The brownie was cake like but not overly sweet. Still prefer texas land and cattle brownie
