We have been getting Pizza from this location as carry out for the last few months. They pizza has been hot, crust just crispy enough, cheese gooey, and cooked to perfection. Good customer service.

We ordered a pizza and cinnamon sticks. The pizza had very little sauce and and barely any cheese. It was one of the worst pizzas I have ever tasted in my whole life. The cinnamon sticks were pretty much prices of bread with a tiny bit of cinnamon sprinkled on top. They give you a tiny thing of icing which tasted terrible. We will NEVER be coming back.

We ordered 2pizzas and both were horrid. Pizza was cold. Crust was burnt. I ordered extra sauce and barely knew any sause was on it. Extra cheese can’t be counted as a topping. You HAVE to pay extra for it. Never again.

Just picked up 4 pizza’s from Pizza Hut on Northwest Highway in Grapevine, Tx. All 4 pizza’s were wrong — apparently we got someone else’s order. They were cold, the wrong size, wrong crust, wrong toppings, but to top it all off, Pizza Hut will not deliver the correct order, because they say we are out of their delivery area. They are in Grapevine, we live in Grapevine, 2.4 miles from their location.
Pizza Hut — you lost us as a customer! I understand that mistakes will be made, what I don’t understand is your unwillingness to bring the correct order to our house — instead my husband has to go back up there — and we have a house full of company!

What can you say about Pizza Hut… This is a small location and the food is for pick up or delivery. The staff are always friendly and I always get my pizzas fast. I always get at least 5 – 6 pizzas at a time for meetings or birthdays.

You get what you pay for and that is good fast food pizza. We ordered a pizza box last night. It was $ 10 and came with a pizza, breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks. You can’t beat it for late night munchie food. The pizza was hot and tasty. Its not the best pizza in town which is why I only gave 4 stars but I would definitely order from them again as it is affordable and close to home and tastes really good. I’m not a chain food fan but I was very pleased with last night’s meal from Pizza Hut.
