When A&A replaced my old Pak system in 2009 with a modern HVAC system they did a fine job. When my compressor wouldn’t start last spring, I had them out that evening, knowing that I’d pay extra for an after-hours service call. The problem was diagnosed as a capacitor, the service guy replaced it and the unit ran fine. I paid the bill which, in addition to the service call fee of $ 175, included $ 225 for a capacitor. Months later I noticed that I was supposed to have a 10 year parts warranty on my equipment. The shop’s initial response was a) the service man didn’t know about the warranty because it was an evening call(though he could obviously tell that the unit was less than 10 years old) and b) they don’t stock Lennox parts so they’d have to send the bad part to Lennox and wait for a replacement, then make another service call to replace it. After several discussions with the shop, they’ve refunded me $ 125. With these facts, you can decide if it’s the shop for you.

Horrible customer service. Overcharges. Go with anyone but A&A
