Pelton’s Solar Service

We have used Bob for several years to service an aging boiler in a rental unit in Grass Valley. His skills have extended the useful life of this heating unit by many years. He is always responsive to our calls for help and thorough in explaining the problem and possible solutions. He is always willing to respond to our requests for help, even for relatively small problems. In addition, we enjoy working with him on a personal basis.

I cant say enough great things about this company. They just completed a solar water heater system for me. The owner, Bob called me back within 5 min of leaving a message with his receptionist. Bob came out to give me an estimate the very next day. He showed up five minutes early by the way. After giving me a very competitive price and explaining to me the difference in the quality of the parts and equipment that his company uses versus the companies that I had other three estimates from, I signed on the bottom line without hesitation. 3 days latter Bob showed up with his crew who were all very polite, clean, and professional.
After 3 months of running my new system, my monthly savings are exactly what Bob predicted they would be.
After the job was completed I learned that Bob was celebrating his 30^th year in business and also that his Son, Daughter, and two Nephews make up 4 out of his five employees.
It was sure nice to see that a hometown family ran business still exist.
