Pricey, and the employees at every location are rude. The chocolate they use in their mochas is waxy and they always put way too much. Always a line to purchase anything and in a row. Every time in give this place another chance I end up leaving pissed off. In a town where there are some amazing cafés, I don’t understand why this place is still here. I’d rather patron Starbucks. At least they are consistent and reasonably priced.

Came here a lot with my aunt growing up(was a favorite). Either ordered the blueberry or bran muffin. Coffee was ok this visit, too watered down. Maybe I just got a bad batch? Anyway it’s the staff that was not entirely welcoming. Yes a business can be stressful but you want a great image. I’m sure I’ll give them a try later but for now I’m not ecstatic to go back and spend my money with that kind of service.

First I would like to say that I am a coffee SNOB! It is hard to please me when it comes to coffee. With that said this place has amazing coffee. The baked goods are VERYGOOD!!! I always pick up fresh baked bread for thanksgiving, easter, christmas, etc. They have amazing tarts. I believe you have to preorder them. The muffins are delicious and very chewy. The staff has always been friendly. It is expensive but you get what you pay for. The pastries and coffee are worth every dime. The only warning I am giving is to be prepared to wait in line.

They now have gluten free bagels and they are indeed delicious! They also have rice milk as an alternative if you don’t do dairy or soy.

Great choice of baked goods. Too pricey and getting coffee is confusing. Difficult for me to get in and out quickly, but that may be due to my own special needs.

A great find in Grass Valley!!! I stumbled in here to resolve my connectivity issues and was able to check emails after three days of being disconnected. What I find here was a delight. I am still dreaming of the scrumtious cookies that I had with my coffee. The Ginger Snap was the best I’ve ever had. The Dutch cookies come apart in your mouth after a slight bite with chunks of delicious walnuts. The boyfriend really love the oatmeal cookies.
