During lunch hours on school days, the mature women at the counter are great. There’s a Down Syndrome woman and a mature Hispanic woman who keep the place tidy. But when they go home, the Dr Jekyll staff comes in. They view customers as interruptions of their chatting and their manager, a man with short graying hair, would rather be buddies with staff than be a leader. When I spoke with a BK rep there, he said they get a lot of compliments. Baloney. Luckily the staff at the 3 other BK locations are so much more competent and friendlier.

I would give this review 0 stars if i could. This place is horrible. They treated us so poorly. WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER! There were two of us in the car at the drive threw. They had no other customers. When we were deciding what we wanted, the guy asked us what we wanted every 30 seconds. After two minutes a lady came to the drive threw and treated us like we were stupid asking us if we needed help reading the menu. After ordering half our order, she processed the order and didn’t ask us if we wanted anything else. My husband didn’t even get a chance to order what he wanted. When we said we weren’t done, she said she couldn’t fix. We would have to go to the window, pay, and order/pay for the second half. Instead of going to the window, we just left and went somewhere else. We were rushed into ordering, we were treated like we were stupid, and we didn’t get to finish our oder. No wonder they didn’t have any other customers at 5:30 in the afternoon.

The legendary whopper burger taste drives me to come here when it’s come to fast food restaurant burgers. I like their drive-through short waiting time, friendly staff and hot fresh served meals. They usually close at 11PM, however there good tasting whopper burger is cleaner, lighter and healthier somehow. But remember it’s still fast food. Comparing to DQ’s and McDonal’s, I think they are the best in this category.
