Hampton Inn and Suites

I have only written a handful of Unilocal reviews so by doing this I hope you choose this hotel. You will not be disappointed
I gave this 4 stars (Highest number) because of the
service friendly and efficient
Very clean… they change sheets and covers after every guest so you don’t have to sit on someone else’s bed spread
breakfast and breakfast room large and comfortable
Bed comfortable
room was large and fully equipped with first rate amenities like neutrogena soap etc
Heater was quiet and functioned well
Business service and wi fi functions beautifully and business room clean and functioning
Manager was friendly and responsive
The 2 women in the breakfast room Marylyn and Angelina (?) were like family.

very nice room, clean and had the coolest towel animals. each night i have slept well, comfortable evenings watching Top Gear drinking green tea… the room was big and had a nice desk setup that made using my laptop very comfortable. the girls at the front desk are very nice and helpful, making you feel welcome… i would stay here again for sure.

Not satisfied. My wife and I checked in late for a 4 night stay. Our first room had a broken shower door, we transferred rooms, (the girl at the front desk didn’t even apologize) the next room has a toilet that wouldn’t flush. The room was already being payed for and I had to add a card for incidentals. I then show a 200 $ charge, and no one can explain it, the workers have no power to refund and they acted very apathetic. We stayed at a family’s house the rest of our stay. And I’m now showing a 50 $ charge despite the fact that we haven’t been there for two days and the room was already payed for. Again, the woman at the front desk has no clue what’s going on. I’m never staying at a Hampton again.

Not to shabby. Really clean rooms and they are large. Large breakfast variety served downstairs a.m. Really close to shopping and places to eat. Windows open all the way. Fridge, microwave, desk… Ive stayed here two separate occasions and both times met my expectations.

This hotel is very clean, people are very friendly and breakfast was very nice and hot. A few things I didn’t like was that the cardkey for the rooms often de-​activated due to the weak magnetism within the card, and the front desk said it happens often. Otherwise it is very close to UNC, to restaurants and Starbucks! I would stay here again. There is an Ihop down the street and Texas Roadhouse BBQ! Great places to eat aswell.
