Ok, I understand bad days but I walk in and they have two dozen tables open. I tell the hostess a table for one. She ask for my name as if she needs to put me on a wait list. I ask her, you can’t have a wait because all your tables are empty. She says it’s going to be 10 to 15 minutes before I can be sat. I ask her why and she says all of the servers are late so I will have to wait. I look across the restaurant and see multiple servers and two managers standing and just talking. So they can all stand and talk and I have to wait for a table because the other servers are running late. Seriously!!! Luckily right next door was another restaurant who’s employees showed up on time and I was immediately sat and 15 minutes later was eating dinner.

Decided to try Red Lobster again only because we were given a gift card. It’s usually so long between visits that we think it will be good because they keep hanging in a town that usually doesn’t support good restaurants. After tonight’s dinner, we’re still not sure why so many people continue to come here. Of course, it is the only seafood restaurant but the food is so generic and so expensive! Service is good and the staff is friendly. We’ll probably be back in a couple of years and try it again.

This was the worst experience. It has gone down hill for a few years but this was it. I will NEVER return to the Greeley red lobster. Service sucked, food sucked and the food really sucked. You cannot charge 24 $ a plate and have service and food like that. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The only and best seafood in the town. I like to go with my friends and enjoy the delicious food.

Horrible food! Dinner for four was over $ 100. I didn’t even get the correct meal. When my dinner was finally served it was cold! Next time I’m going across the street to Old Chicagos where I am sure to get the correct meal.

I’ve always been a fan of this place so my experience here Friday night was a real let down. Thought we’d try the new menu we’ve all been hearing about. I don’t know quite how to describe the differences we noticed except to say that every single thing we had was just blah. The lobster tails were over cooked and chewy and they ran out of salmon after we had placed our order, salmon for craps sake on a Friday night before 6:30. The crab legs were really«fishy» tasting like how a dog smells when they roll in the mud you know? The fish we did get was dry and over cooked. The one kids meal we ordered consisted of four sad little shrimp and three orange slices, seriously. Even our calamari appetizer was weird. It had mostly fried broccoli and red bell peppers. Whose bright idea was that? It sort of sucked from start to finish. I hope I’m wrong but it really seemed like everything might have been precooked and then reheated or something. Our waiter did a great job and even offered us a free desert for the salmon trouble, which was nice of him but it wasn’t enough to make up for the crummy experience and the $ 100 we kissed goodbye. Where’s the love Red Lobster? Where’s the love?

We just got home from eating here tonight the food was excellent and all of the workers were very friendly. Our only concern was the girl checking people in had her hands in here hair the entire time we were there. She is probably unaware that she did this, but we were glad she was not handling the food. Got to love the coconut shrimp!

Red Lobster takes a lot of cr*p for being a chain. But we eat there, and we like it. Food’s always decent, service is decent, and prices aren’t quite so sky-high. We will continue to go there because we know what it’s like and because we appreciate casual convenience and decent dining — chain or not.

We went after visiting my daughter at UNC. Just for some appetizers and a beer for me. It was not busy, our waitress Heather was delightful. The people across from us were like from India or something, had their shoes off, put their feet up on the boot seat, asked for a sangria fruity drink, wanted to take it with them and Heather nicely explained they could not as it was an alcoholic beverage, they apparently had no idea? The way I saw her handle that situation and the way she waited on us made me a fan. The manager. Beth, also a winner. Will be back and update this review but pleasant people all around! And of course cheesey biscuits, how can you go wrong??? Will be back!

I’m gonna keep this short and sweet! I’ve never been a fan of Red Lobster, but I was here with friends a couple of weeks ago after returning from a day up in Poudre Canyon. Red Lobster isnt the only seafood place in the country, but by the crowds they get especially on the weekends, you would swear they were. I had the bacon wrapped shrimp for dinner and let’s just say this single dish alone has turned me off from eating shrimp ever again. The quality of the food at least this night for myself was not up to par. Not to mention our waitress wasnt up to par either. Yep sorry Red Lobster, I would say you’ve lost a fan, but you never had me to begin with. There’s probably better seafood in the Platte River.

I got the salmon New Orleans and it was pretty good, it had just the right amount of kick to it as iris blackened salmon with a shrimp, Tabasco and essentially poco de gallo sauce. Service was a little slow, but they were busy.

This Red Lobster is open for business. In fact it has never been closed. We were there last night. I had the New Orleans Salmon. It was perfect! All 6 of us had a great time.

Like all red lobster restaurants, overprice and skimpy on the food. I did an all you can eat shrimp once, and it would take them 30 minutes to fill in my order for a second plate, which might offer only 4 – 6 shrimps. It’s just not worth the wait and the price.

My husband and I went in for a nice dinner and that is not what we got. Long John Silvers would have been fresher! The food was terrible. I tought the red lobster was supposed to be nicer place to eat, seems that is no longer the case.

I ordered the half dozen raw oysters and the NY steak with shrimp/lobster topping. Oysters were actually really fresh, had to hold back from ordering another half doz. The steak was more done than the medium rare that I wanted, and the sauce was a little too thick. Service was great, but that may have been because it was late and there were only a two other tables left to serve.
