Why I put myself thru such misery with this company. I used to be an everyday visitor of radioshack as a child, it was the coolest store ever. As the years have past I have always gone back to look for that electronic item that I need. In the last three years I have visited several Radioshack stores and let me say I have walked away dis-​couraged I ever even went in. The staff no matter who you talk to is un-​familiar with anything, really the only thing you can bet on, is them talking you into a overly priced phone and maybe some batteries thats it! I visited this Greeley location this afternoon for a specific item, the gal approached from the back room and asked can I help you, as she sat playing with a display phone no eye contact made. I proceeded to tell her my needs and she directed me toward the location of the device that may have solved my dilemma, after asking a slew of questions too be sure I was not buying the incorrect item she talked to me like I had no idea what I was doing, in fact she blatantly seemed to be irritated and rude. I ran outta there before my mouth got the best of me. I will never return to the «shack» cause the people maintain it as a shack and not a store.
