I had a prepaid label already on the box and I didn’t spend more than two minutes in the store. The ladies were very friendly and helpful, I’ll definitely be using UPS again.

This store has abysmal customer service. They refused to assist my injured husband and when I went back later, they were rude to me too. Save yourself frustration and go across the street to Fed Ex. The store owners should be embarrassed of themselves.

What a joke. I had a pre paid label and they wanted to charge me a dollar to tape it shut. No thanks, on principle I’ll take it home tape it myself and drop it off at another store. This has never happened to me at FedEx & I ship things on a regular basis. No more UPS for me.
