Really great! The servers were extremely friendly, the sushi is fantastic, and its cheap :) They also have plenty of options for gluten free diets! Very affordable and delicious

The sushi was OK, nothing special. They don’t have very good gluten-​free options however. No miso soup, or egg drop soup, even just an eel roll without the eel sauce on top still manages to contain gluten. They don’t even have a gluten free menu. Will not return with so many great places nearby!

They’ve changed a little. There are things on the menu that I love (sweet potato roll, ninja roll, and sashmi combo. My son loves the Thai fried rice.) and things that I used to love. The tuna tataki used to be my absolute favorite but they’ve change the recipe. It has less sauce and too much dry seasoning. I’m sure I’ll go back but I miss the more saucy less seasoned tataki roll.

Very yummy and their lunch specials are extremely affordable. My daughter and I had 6 pieces of sushi and shared three rolls for $ 21. Complimentary miso soup!

I got into Greeley Monday and was looking for lunch. I Jumped on Unilocal and found Sushi 1. Based on the reviews I went there and for the most part I was very pleased. The lunch specials were goof and fairly priced. The service wasn’t bad either. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the non-​Asian guy who was making sushi kept rubbing his hair. I don’t know if it was a nervous tic or he liked how his hair felt but he did it frequently, yes over the food. The other chef wore a hat and was squared away. The hair thing have me the creeps. I would go back but hopefully the hair guy would be off.

We took our son and his girlfriend here for his birthday. Two of us had the sushi and sashimi, and the ladies had cooked entrees. Everything was delicious. Fresh and nicely presented. We will definitely be back. Our new favorite sushi place.

My husband and I have gone here since it opened. This is our very favorite restaurant. The owner gives amazing attention to every detail. The staff is wonderful. The food is the best ever! I grew up eating Japanese and have been to a lot of Japanese restaurants around the country and Sushi One has the best food of all! Our favorite roll is the Dragon Roll.

While I’ve had Sushi from all over. Sushi one here in Greeley, Colorado, delivers on the best tasting Sushi anywhere. Their handcrafted hand rolls are simply amazing!!! Yesterday I went and ordered Beef fried rice, with some sushi. While their sushi is really good, the fried rice had egg shells in it. Had this been the «only» time this happened, I’d would’ve said nothing, Yet after repeated times, I need to comment on this. It appears their quality, in my opinion, has diminished.

Jermaiah was a server, great service and he was honest about things on the menu. Sushi rolls are huge, in Utah they are never this big. Great food and service all around. For sure will come back before leaving this town. Also like the little touch of hot tea at the end of our meal.

I like Sushi 1 a lot. The location is unremarkable but my 2 visits have been wonderful for me and my daughter. We ditch Mom (not a sushi fan) and gorge on the bounty of the ocean over a thousand miles from the ocean.

I didn’t expect much from a sushi restaurant in the middle of Greeley, CO, but their scallop sushi was amazing! Only negative is they don’t take AMEX, so while traveling for business I had to use my personal card. Slight disappointment to an otherwise great meal.

Love, love, love this place! My favorites are the vegetarian sushi options — spicy vegetable roll, harvest roll, pumpkin tempura roll, sweet potato tempura roll and the asparagus roll. I could eat here every day! Service is always good.

Really good lunch specials. I’ve only ever done pick up and never dined in. It looks really nice inside though. They are very fast at getting your order.
The spicy tuna is really spicy but not too spicy. It’s really good. Their sweet potato tempura roll is unlike any other I’ve ever had, it has cucumber and avocado in it. It’s very good as well.
I wish they delivered. I will order from them again and hopefully dine in one day.

So glad they re-​opened after the fire (Spring 2012)
A bit disappointed by the significantly higher prices. Used to be very cost competitive. Now it’s price parity with higher-​end establishments.
Great sushi, sashimi, curry, miso.
