Athens Pizza

We waited a half hour for our pizza before going up to the counter to have our eat in order switched to a take out, just to be told that our pizza was never made. One of the girls asked another girl if she was going to charge us for the pizza, but we had already paid so they said ten minutes and we would be all set. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a pizza shop. Asked for a refund but was ignored. We were forced to take the pizza or leave with nothing. The icing on the cake? The pizza wasn’t even cook all the way. I will never eat here again.

Good pizza and nice people, alot of ppl complain about the bosses but they are always polite to my partner and i when we are there, even calling me a good kid. Pizza is tasty and fast, this is our usual pizza place ¹⁰⁄₁₀ better than goodies

Solidly good pizza. The service was a bit off but it wasn’t bad, they weren’t rude or anything. I would definitely go again.

Their steak subs are better at being delicious than I am at being rude to people, and I’m a fairly unpleasant human being.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I had the worst experience here EVER.
First of all, the boss is EXTREMELY rude. And he wasn’t just rude to us, he treats his employees like trash. He was yelling at this poor teenage girl for messing up an order and told her that she would have to pay for the mess up and that she would get fired next time she makes a mistake.
Second, I saw that the employees making food did not wear gloves and were handling the food with their bare hands.
Third, I overheard an employee saying that she saw a rat.
And fourth, their food tastes like CRAP.
If you are looking to waste your money on overpriced crap this is the place for you.
Enough said.

Man… The Italian grinder I had was no good. The cheese was disgusting and it was like gross lunch meat on the grinder. The roll was also pretty small. My boyfriend had the same and also agreed his was gross. I never got a grinder from here and will never again. The staff girls were nice and the oil on the grinder were the only nice things. So that’s a plus.

Worst meatball sub I have ever had… For one I asked for meatballs not meat slices 2 the sauce was gross

This week we were craving pizza while on the way home, so we decided to spice it up a bit and order from Athens instead of our regular Sofia’s.
We ended up ordering at the restaurant itself since we wanted to dine in for a bit then take the leftovers home. When we walked in the restaurant was stale and hot. The air conditioner was turned off and the place felt like an oven. The employee taking our order was polite, but when the boss showed up we instantly became turned off.
He was incredibly bossy to the point that he yelled at staff. Having worked at restaurants in the past I don’t tolerate this very well and especially when it’s geared towards teen employees. The rest of the experience from there went down hill.
The pizza menu is lacking, the pizza itself is overpriced for the quality, we found a hair (the owners) in our food, and when we put $ 2 in the jukebox half the songs skipped or didn’t work. In the end we were dissapointed that we ate here. The only pro was that the ingredients were fresh.
Overall, not our cup of tea and the owner needs to be more polite!

Old favorite. I like that they don’t mess with the recipe, everything is as good as I remember it. We stop in every time we are in town.

Taste wasn’t bad…2 larges for over $ 30 is a rip off considering they looked like small or medium pizzas… I guess you get what you get in the boonies. Too bad.

Last time I went there they didn’t have chicken as a pizza topping, not sure if thats still the case but c’mon, what pizza place honestly doesn’t have chicken?

Not much food items on menu. Owner is bossy to his employees I think that is what made her not want to put extra pickles on my sub when I asked for them. Pizza is pretty good
