Lincoln Green Apartments

The ladies I worked with at Lincoln Green were the epitome of professionalism, but not without personality! They worked patiently (Me: «Yes, I do want to see that apartment AGAIN.» «Wait! I forgot to take pictures!» «Hold on… what was the rent for 4603 again?») Once I’d decided on an apartment, they made the process completely painless. Impressive customer service. In the end, they found me the perfect place and I could not be happier. Highly recommend.
Moving in this weekend and I’ll certainly update once I’ve been settled in for a while.

Before I begin, yes I’m a real tenant here at Lincoln green! I’m not sure where to start with this review and wish there was one word to sum this place, its staff, the price, locations for the grounds but there isn’t so I’ll just tell my little story!
About a month ago we decided to move o Greensboro from Honolulu, hi (please don’t ask why). Once we decided on the city we began our research on places we would potentially like to live. My 3^rd phone call was to here, Lincoln Green, on the other end SABRINA (an absolute god send, I’ll explain shortly!) Sabrina had a calm and welcoming voice, knew the property like the back of her hand and had an answer for every question, so quick you would have thought she knew what my next question was. Now you can imagine the stress that goes into a move, especially from an island all the way to the other side of the United States! With the help of Sabrina, this move was tremendously EASY! I didn’t stress about anything, I didn’t have to; she literally took care of everything so much so that when I arrived on the property this afternoon I walked in she had my paperwork ready and went over it short and sweet and out of the office in about 15 minutes!
You thought it would end there, nope, Lincoln Green and Sabrina get better! She then walked us out to our cars and leads us to our new apartment (furnished, yeah it’s an option), she also had the maintenance guy meet us at our apartment and do a walk through of where everything was just in case there was ever a flood and a phone number to call of we needed anything! These people are unreal!
If you’re looking for a place to live where the staff is amazing and goes out of their way to help you, where the grounds are in amazing shape (pool, fitness center, club house, tennis courts and small ponds) apartments are amazing on the inside and where you feel welcomed, look no further than Lincoln Green and ask for Sabrina. If you don’t get her anyone in the office is amazing. As I need help or had questions, each person would help when Sabrina wasn’t in the office.

I lived at Lincoln green for two years (2012 – 2014) and had a great experience there. Their pricing is reasonable and the office staff were always very helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. My apartment did have a major water usage issue, and while maintenance was never able to find the source, the office staff was accommodating, understanding, and helpful. I never felt like I had to fight with them in order to be understood. I really enjoyed the amenities, particularly the fitness center and tennis courts. It’s located in a nice area if greensboro that’s close to lots of shopping as well as the park. I had to move away for work and though many apartment complexes can be a hassle when you try yo move out, Lincoln green has been wonderful to work with so far. I took away one star mainly for the water issues, and because the apartments are just a little older but overall I would recommend Lincoln green.

I’ve lived here for almost two years and would recommend it as a new spot for Anyone! Tons of amenities and awesome staff!
