I had the ginger Thai with chicken and fried rice. It was tasty and inexpensive, plus your student ID gets $ 1 off! Also owned by an adorable old Japanese couple. Seriously they are so cute.

This new spot is by the former owners of the Thai Garden on Tate St. They serve Japanese hibachi, teriyaki and Thai dishes. They also have coffiee, bubble tea and Dippin’ Dots ice cream. I had the Pad Prik Pow with tofo and vegetables. It was slightly spice and had a very large portion of vegetables like peppers, onion, carrot, broccoli, napa, baby corn, zucchini and tofu. The lunch combo came with white rice and a fried spring roll with dipping sauce. They also give you free tea. My friend had the Cashew Nut Shrimp which she liked. It had plenty of nice sized medium shrimp, a similar vegetable medley and cashews in a mild brown sauce. The lunch combo was the same as above. Overall great little spot for a quick delicious lunch. Most lunch combos were $ 5.99 to $ 7.99, which includes spring roll and drink, so pretty fair prices.
