Worst Starbucks ever. Received an incomplete/wrong food order, never received coffee (Tall Pike Place). Friendly, but incompetent staff. Wish there was «zero star» rating.

You know, I’ve never written a review for a Starbucks. Every one I’ve been to, until today, seems to produce a pretty consistently good cup of coffee, or latte, or whatever. This location is the exception that proves the rule, I guess. The tall latte I just got here was extremely weak and had a very odd taste to it. In a word: gross. Retain your staff so you don’t subject anyone else to this sewage.

Slow, bad service, filled my coffee to the brim, I take the lid off and it spills all over my hand. Probably at least a first degree burn. Been here before and will come again bc it is Starbucks but they need to get their stuff together! This is also the slowest Starbucks in the world!

OK, I’m from Portland and all we do is hang-out in coffee shops and brew pubs, so I am biased. However, Starbucks has a very regimented recipe for every drink. The consistency here is not reliable. The drinks taste different each time. They need to pay strict attention to detail with the drink recipes. The staff have always been nice.

Typical Starbucks — that has gone through three or four interior re-designs to try to make the best use of their strangely shaped interior space. Unfortunately, their endless rearranging of chairs is slowly migrating into a less comfortable study location.
