I have never had a bad meal! Go on a Friday for a burger or at night for a steak. Service and food are top notch!

Great experience! We went in for our anniversary and the staff went out of their way to make the night special. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the sides were great. This is a great spot in Greer and I am looking forward to the next visit.

For the lunch on Fridays, be prepared to wait unless you get there early. Or if you are flying solo, snag a seat at the bar. The rush was done and no line at the door after noon time so 12:15 — 12:45 may be a good time to show up if you don’t want to wait in line. Don’t be late though, lunch is only 11:30 — 1:30. I ordered the Roadhouse. It was a very tasty burger piled high with the onion rings. The Gouda was a quality cheese and it went well with the bacon. The horseradish served with my burger was not what I was expecting; it had zero kick to it. The flavor wasn’t bad but it was either not the horseradish sauce as promised or they need to change the name of it to something that doesn’t call out for a bite. But no matter. The entire burger was good from top to bottom, left to right. The sides ordered were the Asian cucumber salad, mac and cheese, and the sweet potato mash. Sweet potato mash is a must if you like sweet potatoes. The Asian cucumber salad was crisp and cool with a nice snap and ting to it. The mac and cheese was sadly disappointing. It tasted like the Craft Deluxe boxed stuff with the powdery cheese mix and supposed breadcrumbs. Sadly disappointing considering the exquisiteness of everything else. The service was a bit lacking at the bar but it can’t be blamed because one guy had to shoulder the load of a hurried lunch crowd. I’m not going to knock on him but he could have used a hand. Fun décor, a silly name, excellent burgers, and white table cloths make this place a very unique lunch spot for an end-of-the-week treat for anyone.

I have been here twice now and would go more often if I could afford it. If you’re looking for a nice steak dinner with a friendly atmosphere and refreshing cocktails, then look no further. The quality of the food is great, which is why I don’t mind splurging every now and then. Try the Moscow mule, it is delicious! The boom boom bang appetizer is great and HUGE! I was glad I ordered the small portion of steak for my dinner. It was melt-in-your-mouth good. And, if you can, don’t skip out on dessert! You will be pleased! Our waitress was very kind and personable, so ask for Laura! Only a slight downfall, their garlic mashed potatoes have goat cheese in them(which it does not say on the menu) and I really don’t like goat cheese. I will have to remember that next time! Our waitress offered to bring me another side but I was so full there was no need. I appreciated the kind gesture, however.

The place is nice but there were numerous glitches We sat outside and the waiter was Waited for everything and finally had to chase down another server for the salad Our waiter flippantly said, I didn’t make the salad, when asked where were the cranberries were in the salad Time ticked on and on… no main course Finally.had to ask the manger for help. To his credit voila! Magically appears. The one steak was tough. Mine was superb. The manger was very attentive and ended up comping the entire meal. I’d try it again. Manager assured that he would Eagle Eye the dining room and patio in the future. The mashed potatoes were gummy

Tonight’s experience at 104 was a masterclass in enjoyable dining experiences. We started off at a restaurant nearby where the service was terrible, and after a round of drinks and apps, we decided to go to 104. It was the exact opposite. The service was great. Our server, Mallory(ask for her… she’s a gem) was prompt, thoughtful, honest about the dishes she loves, and somehow always there right when we needed her. Glasses never empty, stomachs never unsatisfied. As a starter, we got a block of creamy aged Manchego with honey, peach chutney, as well as the flaming saganaki, a cheese flambé thing that they set aflame at the table. Oily, sweet, smooth, pretty much perfect. My mother got the mussels. We almost drank the mussels sauce. On to the mains. I got the filet, the bigger 8 oz. portion with parmesan green beans and the tots. The filet was cooked perfectly. Not a single iota was off. And holy moly, the tots. 3 cheese-stuffed, hand-shredded potatoes. More tater tweens than tots. Served with Pimento dipping sauce, as well as Texas Pete Jelly and Chipotle Chili Ketchup. The«Just Too Good to be Named» was devoured by my father. He’s picky, and doesn’t eat red meat, and tends to stay away from carbs, but he cleaned the plate. One of the great things about 104 is portion control. Most dishes can be smaller or larger sized, depending on your appetite. Makes for even more of a perfect meal. I can’t say enough about how good this place is. If you find yourself in Greer, it’s kind of a must-try. And it won’t break the bank. Just go there. Trust me. You’ll love it.

Friday lunch… A group of four people took the adventure to get in line to try the Friday lunch at The Strip Club 104 A Steakhouse. The line starts pretty early as the restaurant opens only on Friday for lunch at 11:30! So be ready to take a 2 hr lunch! So we moved along pretty quickly but something tickled me when I saw a table for 4 with only two people getting it. Ok! I guess I need to chill. It is just… It doesn’t make sense to me when you have a good size line of people and the hostess do something like that. But… Ok… I got over! We got to our table and we ordered… I ordered the Muffuletta burger no bun but on lettuce and a side of the crunchy sweet potato mash. We sat outside and boy… The burger smell coming from somewhere from the kitchen was awesome! The food came out in a very decent time considering so many people was in there and each burger at our table looked more yummy than the other. Gosh! When I gave it a bite, it was great! The crunchy sweet potato mash was delicious! Very yummy food. It was worthy getting in line and wait! We are planning to go back soon!

Love the name of this restaurant. Went here last night. Food was good, but portion is big which is typical steakhouse. I like the menu name, which contain a great sense of humor. The décor of the restaurant is on point with the name of the restaurant. Side dishes are definitely can be shared. I will definitely come here.

What a Gem this place is! We went for New Years Eve and I am so glad we did! In the 9 years together we had never been out on NYE! Shocked? Me Too! However, Strip Club delivered in every way! We got to the restaurant tad earlier then our reservation so we went to the bar and had a drink. We waited maybe 15−20min and were sat quickly. Our server whose name escapes me was quick to greet us and was very knowledgable about the menu. We started off with the fried pork skins which were hot but seasoned just right. Now the rolls that they bring out are TODIEFOR! For dinner I got steak and sides. All which were equally divine. The steak was cooked to perfection and the mac and cheese was AMAZING! If you are looking for a nice dinner and decent prices and GREAT steak, this is the place to come!

I went to this restaurant about a month ago. I had great experience. The staff were kind and helpful. The restaurant as a whole was very eloquent. But above all, the food was amazing. I’m usually not a big fan of steak, but there steak was truly great. The resturant used a variety of flavors and spices. This was perfect for me sense I usually don’t like just a plain steak.

Enjoyed a wonderful business lunch here, and thought the preparation and presentation of the California burger was perfect! My side was the Asian cucumber salad, which I found too spicy. Nevertheless, it was a great experience overall with everyone at our table enjoying their entrees, and the service was exceptional.

Had dinner with 3 friends on a weekday. Menu is cool. Play on words. Appetizers are called«Fore Play» and side dishes are called«sassy sides» other things on the menu are«sexy combinations» and«simple seductions». The art on the walls go with the décor; lots of pinup girls. They infuse their own bourbons and the menu is extensive and impressive. I tried one and it was delicious. If you are unsure you can get a taste before ordering. I ordered the tuna sashim as an appetizer to share and it was fresh although an unusual presentation. We all got the wedge which has a fried egg on top. It is refreshing with its ball of blue cheese The meat was amazing. No words can describe it. They are proud of the aging and rightly so. We also got is sides of Mac and cheese, fries, green beans, and collard greens. All were great. If you ordering off the featured meats on the chalkboard you get to pick a sharper steak knife.

Enjoying the sunset and the music on the patio. The SoCo appetizer(5 cheese pimento cheese with jalapeño bacon) is soooo good. Oysters Rockefeller and BLT salad on the way. Definitely a recommend! The Oysters Rockefeller was outstanding. The BLT salad is huge and delicious. The service is informative, warm, and welcoming. That was the best meal experience we’ve had in quite sometime. We will most definitely be back!

Loved it! Went on a Wednesday and while the crowd was sizable — it wasn’t overwhelming. Great décor and overall atmosphere. Tables are close — so use your inside voice — and do everyone a favor — read the menu and obey the«silence your phone» request — but if you must take a call — take it outside. Server Jeff was excellent — gaged his level of interaction with us perfectly — not too much — not too little. The food was ridiculous!(as in ridiculously good) — the SO-CO was a wonderful appetizer and the Carpetbagger was fantastic! I should have ordered the smaller portion — but the large portion did not go to waste. We shared these two items and came in just under $ 40 with gratuity. What a bargain!!! Obviously, adult beverages will increase your bill accordingly. Go and enjoy!

My inaugural visit was this Easter Weekend and what a treat! Meeting two other couples the staff were gracious and helpful! The food was fantastic — the menu diverse. The best part — 2 portion sizes!!! You can order a smaller portion at dinner which not only makes the bill more reasonable it keeps your waistline in check! … Except for if you order a sampling of appetizers which is what we did and it was fabulous! Homemade Taylor tots, shrimp, bacon(to die for bacon!) and pimento cheese unlike any other! The entrees varied around the table from steak to fish to pork … All resulted in empty plates and happy guests! Great wine list, too! What a gem in downtown Greer!

Upon arriving at the restaurant I was pleasantly surprised by the décor and the«pin-up» theme. We were seated in a side dining room that has floor to ceiling windows so that you can see into the courtyard. Side note: they had live music in the courtyard which we could not hear, but when we left it seemed very loud as we walked through the courtyard — if you prefer a quiet dinner I’d recommend sitting inside for sure. Continuing…we ordered drinks and our appetizer(Boom, Boom, Bang Shrimp) and they all came out very timely. My father was thoroughly entertained by the coozie that came with my mother’s beer. As we finished up the shrimp our server(Mallory) brought us some bread to dip in olive oil with a pepper jelly in it. I was a little surprised by the pairing, but oh my goodness it was so delicious. The bread tasted a little like a cheddar bay biscuit, but better… so much better. The entrees we ordered were strip steak, «The Carpet Bagger», a wet aged Delmonico steak, and a wet aged Kansas City steak. All of the steaks were cooked to perfection and we sat in silence as each of us devoured our steaks. The sides that came with our entrees were equally as well prepared. The Mac and Cheese was sinful and the collards made me develop a new found appreciation for the green vegetable. My only complaint is that at the end of the meal Mallory seemed to disappear for what seemed like a while and we were waiting to ask for our check for about 20 min. My guess is the restaurant got busy because it was around 7pm then. With drinks, an appetizer, and steaks all around our bill came out to approx. $ 45 per person which to me is very reasonable for an amazing steakhouse restaurant. We will certainly be back!

I absolutely love to see such effort by a restaurant to surpass a towns parochial disposition towards fine dining, and surface as a beacon of culinary aptitude. Restaurants like 104 help elevate the dining experience across the board. As old standards are met and surpassed by TSC104, other restaurants in the area must tighten up or get left behind. Encouraging food innovation and raising diner expectations is what I expect from a trained chef and restaurateur. Well done thus far ! Let us first look at the innuendo inferred from their name«The Strip Club 104,» and clearly differentiate it from the«Strip» steak cuts which they serve here. Despite the crass suggestive nature of the name, the Strip Club 104 has unmatched upscale atmosphere and elegance if you are dining in downtown Greer. It is formal, fine dining, yet not overly pretentious. The name imparts a bit of defiance in my humble opinion; defiance directed towards elitist found festering in most«fine dining» establishments. The décor is simplistic and elegant for the most part. Characterized by dimly lit warm exposed brick, warm woods, leather and an occasional picture of a 1950s pinup centerfold. Relax ladies, they are tastefully done and there is absolutely no vulgarity. It is a playful menu, which is perfectly exemplified in one of the greatest appetizer options on earth. Smoked BACON sampler! All of the starters are delicious, with the Oyster Rockefeller standing out in my opinion. They love their pork fat here, and serve it whenever possible. Need more be said? With as many premium cuts of meat as your local butcher, you will find yourself with a surplus of ideas for your dinner entrée. So many combinations of rubs, sauces, and ‘à la carte’ protein options takes the menu to borderline overwhelming. Don’t get flustered and stay calm. Take your time to fully exhaust your options with the help of the staff. There are generally many cuts that are not even on the board, so be sure to ask your server about these as well. Everything we had was perfectly prepared, and every steak was cooked to its perfect temperature. Note that this is a professional chef, so he will be highly disappointed having to cook a ‘prime’ cut of meat above medium rare… If they could improve anything here it may be server coordination and education. I felt that although everyone seemed to have it together for the most part, service is key to completing the experience for me. I love having a service staff who are excited and educated about the food, as the Chef himself is excited about preparing it. Mundane dinner experiences can blossom into unforgettable events with great service. Overall there are no major complaints but not exceptional service. I really enjoyed my experience at The Strip Club 104, and I have recommended the establishment, without reserve, to most my friends and family. The food was excellent, the service was well above par, and the atmosphere was elegant and comfortable. I really appreciate the candor of the staff and I will definitely be back in force to sample the rest of the menu the next time I’m in Greer. Enjoy, Cary
