Is the only place I ever go to get oil changes or any repairs on my cars. They are very reliable and very reasonably priced for all their services. Seriously, this is the only place to go.

Fantastic shop, great estimates and recommendations for services that should be performed. None of the «I’m glad you came in bc your car won’t make it another mile without fixing…». They over estimated the repairs needed on both of my cars, and within 24 hours I had a full inspection and repairs completed! Great and friendly staff, emailed me a list of the recommended repairs and an estimate and made my visit very stress free!

I’m always thankful when I take my car in to Steve and Karen. The auto repair service is thorough and honest. When I went in to take of my brakes I had some issues, that I was unaware of, that was affecting my gas mileage, they replaced a few tubes and over the course of few months my visit to them has paid for itself.

Brought used Camry in for vehicle inspection. Loved the customer service, the fee for the inspection, the time the inspection took, their findings, and costs to repair some misc. happenings (why do rodents nibble wires?) We’ll be back.

I am continually impressed by the service I receive on both of our vehicles. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and always willing to help. I recently went in for an oil change and the next day ran into a recycling bin (the big kind on the street) and my side view mirror came off. They took my phone call on what would be the best course of action. It is always great to have people you can trust!

I’ve been bringing all the cars in my family to All About Automotive for years. Trust is an issue when it comes to cars and I’ve found I can trust this place. Here’s one example that sold me: I brought my wife’s Ford in after the local dealership was unable to repair it and charged me $ 1,500.00 for nothing. I left the car with All About Automotive overnight for inspection to see if it was salvagable. When I came in, the owner was in the garage with the mechanic talking about my wife’s car. They didn’t know I was there in the lobby. The mechanic was agitated and commenting on the poor job done at the dealership. He said that not only had the dealership not fixed the problem, but had caused more. When the owner came in the lobby, he had no idea I had overheard the conversation. He was very diplomatic and said it was a tough problem and he could see how the dealership had missed it. All About Automotive not only fixed my wife’s car, but negotiated with the Ford dealership to get some of my money back.

It doesn’t get any better than All About Automotive. They make my experience easy and effortless. I continually have been impressed with the level of service, attention to detail and straight talk. No matter what vehicle I bring in to them to have work on, inspected, or diagnosed, they have always given me honest feedback about the state of my vehicle. Steve and Karen are a great team and it shows in the hand offs they coordinate between themselves. They also have a new addition to the front desk, Rochelle, and she is great. She is extremely nice and very skilled. But nothing would work right if the mechanics in the shop didn’t do their job. As a business manager, I can tangibly prove not only how much All About Automotive has saved in repairs and maintenance, but the elimination of down time from a vehicle breaking down in the work day means we don’t lose revenue and our time can be used working on the business as opposed to recovering stranded employees. They are one of the few services I have found that will PICK YOUR VEHICLE UP and return it for you. This is a life saver!
On the service side, they communicate to you openly. Their knowledge of trends with all models of cars is great. It is very nice to have a mechanic that you have full confidence in.
