I love Chipotles, however, This is the worst chipotles I’ve ever been to. They never have anything ready… here I am at 5:45 trying to get dinner and I had to wait for them to complete a 6 bowl order. Now they have nothing left and so I have to sit and wait for fajita vegies and chicken? F that I left again. This is like my 5th time getting no service at this restaurant it’s seriously need some serious management oversight!

Food is good, service is alright. Due to recent fallouts with the public due to food poisoning, Chipotle had sent out coupons for their new and improved meals. While the quality has improved, the food still doesn’t taste as satisfying as other places. I only give a four star review because of their large portion sizes, which make up for lack of substance.

You guys were amazing getting my burrito box together last night. I arrived a little early but everyone hustled to get me taken care of even though it wasn’t expected. Customer service was A+, the food was great and the restaurant was clean! I loved that I could see back to the kitchen area and it looked spotless.
You guys rock! Thank you so VERY much for your hard work in getting my employees fed.

On a good day they’re good, on a bad day they’re still better than most options in gresham.
The worst thing to be said about this chipotle location is that they aren’t doing enough with the feedback they are getting.

Same options and taste as all the other Chipotle restaurants, but the WORST customer service ever. I wasn’t greeted as I walked in nor thanked when I left. The two ladies who helped me didn’t smile once and acted as if I was interrupting their day. I will never return to this location.

I love chipotle, I probably get it for lunch once a week. This chipotle location was not as good as others. The steak wad not done all the way &:it was not as clean as others. It’s smaller & the majority of the time it’s packed.

I use to live on chipotle. Now I can’t stand the place. Especially this place; they don’t know what they are doing whatsoever! The burritos are put together horribly! Chicken was so watery & soggy almost, then burnt in other bites… Not coming back for awhile

Great food, as always. I went in with a $ 25.00, fully loaded, gift card and the woman swiped it at the register and said it had no money on it. She then told me she couldn’t type in any information for the gift card. I called to check my balance after I left-​and there is a $ 25.00 balance. This was embarrassing and upsetting.

The manager here took the time to address my concern and make things right. I had stopped in a few weeks ago and once again I was screwed on my food. This time the manager was there and recognized who I was… Ahh, the power of Unilocal.He spoke with me privately and said he appreciated the feedback I provided and that he was actively trying to make things more consistent. I won’t get into what was offered but when I returned a few times since that incident, changes definitely have been made. Which is nice. I will keep going back and hope that they stay on track.

Ok, I get that it’s a chain, but yum. Vegan options, non gmo ingredients, and available in Gresham. I’m good with this place. The sofritas are tasty, the cilantro lime rice is good, and everything does taste fresh. The service is great too!

My wife loves this place, and the food here is really good.
Down side; the steak is not always cooked through. Well enough to eat of course, but not if you’re pregnant.
The staff is not the friendliest, but do the right thing. My wife noticed a cook drop something on the floor, and he made a new one rather than being sneaky. Good job guy!

I was very excited when I heard there was a location opening up here so I didn’t have to go all the way to Clackamas. I have been very pleased with all of my burrito bowls. I love the healthy alternative Chipotle offers to most other options available.
The consistency is a little spotty so I couldn’t give a 5 star.

It’s your typical Chipotle, and I’ve always gotten huge servings. The service is always the same to me, and the food is consistent. Always delicious.

I’m laughing at the low reviews. Seriously, people? Could you all be less thankful, pretentious, Americans? Small burritos? Skimping on your toppings? How dare they not heap on 10lbs of cheese for you! For shame.
I love this Chipotle. The staff is friendly and welcoming and they do a terrific job at making my order. Also, take into consideration that this is a fairly new Chipotle. Be patient! I bet the staff is still adjusting to a new working environment. If this store has such low ratings then why is it so pack every single time I go or drive by? It’s a great location. Don’t be fooled by these ratings.

I’ve been to this new Gresham Chipotle three times. I have had perfectly mediocre food each time.
In reading the other reviews– I have to say that I felt like my portions were g.i.a.n.t. I ordered the chicken salad each time and could not finish them. Of note, on yesterday’s visit I ordered the chicken salad and was given the burrito bowl instead. I agree with others’ comments about the staff being distracted/​not listening.
It’s better than taco bell, not as good as el pollo loco (which closed).
