Coffee is great, employees are always friendly, however, out of all the Dutch Bros I’ve been to, this is the worst in terms of speed of service. They simply don’t know how to work a line and keep it moving consistently, every time. Seriously. Thirty minutes to work through 5 cars seems to be the norm here… unacceptable. This place is a business, and while it’s great to be friendly and personable to customers, it is not a social club. I don’t go there to have a conversation with a barista. Regardless, I still swing through when the line isn’t long because I don’t like sitting in my car for thirty minutes waiting for coffee. Those times I simply hit up Starbucks. Hit or miss. It is what it is. 5 stars for the coffee, 1 star for the service=3 stars.

I’ve been to a few Dutch Brothers locations, and this one seems to get my orders wrong every now and then. The girls ask my order 3 – 4 times during their chatter with the customers and still can’t seem to get mine right. Maybe the music is too loud or their socializing is getting in the way of customer satisfaction? While I am not a fan of Starbucks, they seem to get the complicated orders right, so why is it so difficult here to get a simple menu item right? Something to think about management.

Waited in line for over 20 minutes to get accused of cutting someone in line by the young girl working. I watched the person we «cut in line» pull up next to us. Even made a remark«hope this person doesn’t cut us» to the person I was in the car with and still got lectured about cutting them. Terrible customer service and worst Dutch bros location I think I’ve ever been to.

I love all Dutch bros but this location is the best. Staff is always happy and friendly. No matter how long the line they make the top priority the car at the window. never making you feel rushed. The girls love to have the drinks ready for my regular order when I pull up. Best Dutch location hands down and since they are all amazing that’s saying a lot.

As a formerly loyal Starbucks patron, I was hesitant to try Dutch. I like my drink exactly the same each time and honestly I don’t actually like the taste of coffee so accuracy is key. My first time at Dutch was a slam dunk. I was there was a friend, the bro-ista engaged me in conversation and talked me into trying their drinks(free!) I tried and it was a little to sweet but their customer centricity was enough to get me to pull in the next time I drove by. That was that, I made the switch to a slightly different taste(now when I drink Starbucks it tastes bitter and burnt) and a far friendly, personal approach to business. Every Dutch Bros, while different, is the same: customer centric, high quality, stamp card!, and a great vibe. I made the switch from Starbucks nearly 9 years ago and haven’t looked back. Dutch Bros stands for something and they understand their customer base. My only criticism, if there is one, is that they’re so good at their jobs, patrons can get a little chatty at the window. I find myself waiting to get to the window while they guy in front of my blabs, long after getting his drink. It’s a small price to pay for their service… Two different locations know my drink — it’s often ready by the time I get to the window — they’ve donated product for the silent auction at my sons’ school, Drink one for Dane and their support of other charities is touching and I look forward to the long line every year(often trying to hide my tears before I get to the window!) and the best thing, they give me and every woman a discount on mothers day! If you haven’t given them a try or don’t have one in your area, make sure to give them a try next time you’re near one! Keep up the great work DB!

I spend at least $ 210 per month here. That’s how consistent they are with their coffee. Better services than any other place. They accidentally charged me for 2 extra coffees today. So I emailed the main website and less than an hour got a response that the owner of that location will contact me soon. About 4 – 5 hours later got an email and refund right away for the over charge. Starbucks does not even compare.

Whenever down in the portland area always have to find a Dutch bros… so much better than Starbucks… quick, concise service… have learned to live with the waiting lines associated with Dutch bros everywhere, as it’s hard to find a good cup of coffee…

Slowest dutch Bros ever!!! Maybe coz they’re too busy goofing off… little girls! This may be the last time I go to this location! Also the last time I was there, a lady cut in front of everyone that were waiting a long time already. Someone got out of their car and told her, but she still didn’t move. I then got out of the car and told her too and she still didn’t want to move and one of the baristas said started defending her saying she didn’t know and that she couldn’t back up coz of all the cars. I told the batista that there was a huge gap. she could’ve easily backed up the way she came in. Rude barista! Probably coz she was a little girl!

I’ve been to this location a few times now and I swear every time I come here the girls are so rude! They must put so much energy into their appearance that there’s none left over to be nice and courteous. Also, they make coffee well, but don’t order a flavored tea because they won’t fill it up all the way for one, nor will it taste right. I don’t only go to Dutch for the good coffee and tea, but for the experience! I usually tip, not this time! Not this Dutch! Maybe if I were a hot guy they’d be a little nicer. I won’t be returning ever again. SO disappointed.

I like the coffee here, but I don’t recommend ordering anything that isn’t on the menu. Every time I do, it never tastes right. I’ll stick to my delicious cocomo. Staff is friendly, but sometimes it seems strained and too fake. Always seems like there is a wait, but at the window things go quick.

I had the worst first and last experience at this Dutch Bros location. First, I was unaware of how the line formation worked and I didn’t realize it wrapped around and apparently I «cut someone off» and even after explaining that to the barista she still decided to tell me how«uncool» that was and that I needed to go to the back of the line. As a new customer, I was not pleased, I understand I made a mistake but that was very rude of her! Not coming back!

Rebels are good, coffee is good sometimes they burn your shots :(but usually don’t. Try Them out! I’m sure you’ll find a regular favorite, morning crew/around 12 – 3 are great night time crew I’m guessing are the newbies.

Customer service is Decent this is one thing you could say time and time again about Dutch bro’s however the coffee/Espresso is lousy at best. I love sweet don’t get me wrong but when sweet is the only enjoyable aspect to your coffee drink I’d say there is a problem the quality of the beans is terrible!

Very cute coffee shop. Came here because we saw the company on under cover boss. The people there are very friendly and hip. My girl loved the ice coffee they served her. I don’t know if we are coming back here but the owner of the company did a good job in selecting the type of atmosphere that should be served in a hip kinda coffee shop.

Dutch brothers coffee baristas are always friendly and eager to help. Love their coffee, would rate this business above Starbucks. They really set the bar high and could not be any more personable. Look forward to my coffee stops :) Dutch mafia

I don’t know how many times I’ve been here, but through my entire high school and college, I came here almost three times a week. I used to frequent every tuesday because, of course, two dollar tuesdays when they did it. Even though they stopped, I still came constantly. Of all the DB places these staff members are the best. They’re not overly disrespectful in their music choices, they’re usually funny and nice, and like some other places they don’t ignore you for a little bit while they finish a conversation. They weren’t horribly blasting with the music so i didn’t have to scream my lungs out. In all, the best location for DB I’ve been to. However, there can be a line. That’s what you get for needing coffee when everyone else does.

Love this location — but can be a bit hard to get in/out of. Dutch Bros is one of my favorite coffees; I love that their mochas are made with chocolate milk. So damn good. Always friendly staff, much cheaper than Starbucks, yum yum yum! Get a punch card!

Every time I’m in my home state I stay loaded up on DB’s reasonably priced coffee drinks to combat grey skies. Are there more schmancy ‘artisan’ and better coffee to be had in P’land? I mean, dur… yes. However, my non-profit salary appreciates the good quality, large selection, ability to customize with a smile and friendly service. I’ve never had a big issue with attitude like some other joints. The main drawback if for sure the longish lines, but I feel they bust them out as fast as they can. I mean its a rainy day and hot, decent well-priced coffee — sorry its busy prima donnas! I also think sometimes their ‘flavorings’ could be more well, flavorful — but thats remedied by an extra pump or so. Solid coffee.
